“David's bridal saved me this weekend. Forgot my dress 2 hours away for a wedding that same day. I called DB while en route and spoke to a woman that answered all my questions (through my panicked tears 🙃) and assured me they had what I needed. Arrived and was directed to the section I needed. Found a beautiful dress on clearance at an amazing price and was out the door within 20 minutes. A big shout out to Vi(olet) who was such an angel helping me through this ordeal. 500/10 employee 👍🏻 Recommend to all who need a good dress at a decent price while having a panic attack! Weeee!”

“Amazing Store and Community! I was not a runner when I started coming to this place! They have a group run on a Saturday where so many others showed me kindness and helped me start my running Journey! I had always had the goals of running a marathon. The free guide on the website, the help from the store, and the amazing community all made it possible for me to finish my first marathon! If you are even thinking about running come to a Saturday run - meet some community members who love this activity - and then treat yourself with some knowledge and help in the store! They have great deals for shoes and you get credits for showing up to support them. This is getting long and crazy but literally this place made me a runner - because I wasnt before I found this group.”

Columbia deserves more business for the long lasting products (footwear, outerwear, school supplies, clothes for women and men, accessories, etc.). I have never needed to put additional insoles in my shoes compared to all my other shoes including Nike.
I will continue to shop at Columbia store and online.

“After having a not so positive experience at a different store, I walked into this store and a man named Jordan came out and helped me get my usual pair of boots. He made sure we scanned my feet to know exactly which size, and insoles I would need. He recommended a few different insoles, and recommended me a pair for arch support. Overall this interaction was a night and day experience from the other store. I actually found out, for the first time in my life, that I have one foot slightly bigger than the other, I wouldn’t of known that had I not gotten my feet scanned, so Jordan, thank you, you have excellent customer service skills. I for sure will return to this place.”

“This Outlets North Face store always impresses me. There are many types of outdoor equipment, shoes, and winter jackets. Their extra warm winter jackets make my friends survive cold winter in Columbus with almost half price discounts. The room is large and well organized. I like their winter clothes more than summer clothes.”
“I went to find some sweaters to prepare for the cold, I went to different locations and had trouble finding sweaters because they are so hard to shop through, they are all folded and it doesn’t really give you a chance to see the details of the sweaters. but when I went to the Polaris location the shopping experience was so much easier! The display of their sweaters made it so much easier the see the sweaters!! It really drew me to buy them Not to mention's the customer service is amazing! Angel really lives up to her name a real Angel indeed she pulled all the sweaters I wanted and made the shopping experience so much easier!”
“I have had recent surgery & weight loss & needed some stretchy pants in a smaller size. I can not compliment the sales women enough who helped me yesterday, 10/9/23, afternoon. They were so attentive, kind, & caring. They knew their product so well & brought me three great styles. I purchased all three (one which I needed in a different size which they ordered for me right there at the store). They helped me chose the correct sizes, gave suggestions of what to wear them with, & helped me know what was “in fashion” this year, as I’m about 100 years old & have no daughters. My JJill account had expired, & one of the ladies helped me set up a new one. I have always loved JJill, but wanted to share the perfect & friendly service I received!Thanks so much!! “Kai and Larson gave us exceptional customer service. To start, we called ahead of time to put a pair of shoes on hold, the same pair I was already wearing. Kai handed me the box before even walking halfway through the store just because she saw the shoes I was wearing. That blew me away. Then we began to look around and asked for so many pairs to try on. Her and Larson worked like a well oiled machine. While she grabbed us shoes, he would notice us looking at another pair and immediately offer to get those ones. Both incredibly pleasant and observant. Offering us help as we needed it instead of when we approached them. They never seemed annoyed at us trying on multiple pairs. This was the type of service you can only dream of these days.”

“We had a nice time here, a kind worker, Aman, made sure we got the shoes we wanted and in the size we needed before we left. We didn’t have to ask him to get them for us, he came up, asked if we needed help, and did the rest for us. We thought we weren’t going to be able to get the shoes, but as we headed out the door he stopped us and gave them for us to try!
He works quick, is very kind, and continuously checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. This man is great!!!”

“I've never have a bad experience getting fitted for shoes here. As a plus size woman looking to get back into cardio, I was anxious about going into a specialty store that probably sees a ton of fit runners. Not only did I feel like the staff was attentive and super helpful, it was great seeing all kinds of people in there getting fitted and being given the same attentiveness - young, old, fit, overweight, etc. I'm now more than halfway through my training for a 5k and I needed new shoes. I had a very small wait time on a Saturday morning and I got the same attentiveness I received on my first visit. There was no pressure to hurry you or to buy something that is not a good fit for your personal fit and situation. The store is clean, bright, and always welcoming. I hope to continue and improve in my fitness journey and, as I do, I know this Fleet Feet location will continue to supply me with the footwear I need!”
