“I was very pleasantly surprised with the superb quality of the digital pictures I printed out with Motophoto, I did not know digital pictures could look so good printed. Additionally, their service was 12/10, very responsive and thorough with follow up. Their shipping option worked perfectly for me. And I will definitely be sending more pictures their way. Thank you!”

“Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”

I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!”

“Back in early February, I needed something very important done at your location. but the staff appeared to be very unhelpful. As if someone who didn't come in there with the correct approach to there liking they were not going to provide services for them. You could cut the tension within the store, and it felt like you were in a world of white supremacy. The lady working the area for copies told me she couldn't give me copies from the desk area, she had absolutely no facial expression, totally indifferent, empty spirit, and no empathy for her job, and duties. She began to explain i had to get a card. The steps were little complicated, but doable. I get it, everything is self sufficient today. But I observed a older man that came in that was able to get copies just by requesting them, right at the desk. And this employee made his copies. I thought to myself, what do I got to be a female in here, what do I have to be an old man, or if I'm not who you want me to be, or what you want me to be, I won't get served.? I spoke to a young lady, who claimed she was a manager but was also very rude, unsure, not helpful, she acted like she was not available to rectify the situation either. I came into the establishment the other day. And things were little better. She was able to walk me through the steps, but hated doing it. Be friendly, I know there's a lot going on, but I don't work there, they do.”

“Every time I am at Staples in Mayfield Heights, I am able to complete my purchase in a short time with assistance from the associates in the store. I do not even need to walk up to the area where the items are, they just go over, retrieve them, check me out, and it is done!”

“My experience at the Mayfield store was outstanding. The care and concern for the timely completion of my order was comforting as I was deeply concerned due to the holiday which effected production. However the entire team at the Mayfield location made it happen. A special thanks to Christian!!! Kai Love”

“The agent appeared very knowledgeable about packing items and conveyed confidence to me that made me feel good about my object arriving without any problems. I usually pack my own packages and this was my first time taking advantage of this service because i wasn’t confident that I could do a good job with this package. My daughter called to thank me for the gift and was extremely impressed by how well it was packed!”

“Greatly exceeded my expectations. Our all volunteer non-profit needed a small run of a booklet and frankly, we didn't quite know what we were doing. Image Concepts took what we gave them and turned out an excellent product (in equally excellent time). They even managed to remedy our last minute glitches without blinking an eye. Gave us the lowest bid and highest quality at the same time.”

He seemed to be the only one working and he didn’t skip a beat. He was busy but smiled and was so polite. Whoever he is, he deserves some recognition!!!”

“Picked up boxes for a couple oddly-shaped gifts here. (I wasn’t shipping, just needed a way to package and wrap.) Very fast service and they had exactly what I needed - higher quality and less expensive than what I usually find at Home Goods. The Falls Pak & Ship website says they have 75+ box sizes. Will be a repeat customer!”

“The store manager, Bernard, at the UPS location on Mayfield – 13940 Cedar Road, University Heights, Ohio 44118 truly made my day. His customer service has always been five-star, even before we met in person, but officially meeting him today while handling business there was a breath of fresh air. Hearing his upbeat energy, experiencing his willingness to help, and seeing that servant-hearted spirit in action—listen, that’s rare. And it matters. Today, tomorrow, and the days to come.
