10663 Loveland Madeira Road, Loveland OH 45140
“Such an efficient and helpful location! I have been to three or four other locations over the years, and after my first visit at Loveland I have always come back. Not just a printing, shipping and box store for sure! The service constantly exceeds expectation. The owner has such talent and is always able and willing to work with me to create and execute all my ideas from fliers, to signs and banners, to t-shirts and hoodies, and now coasters! My business has grown with the help of all Andy’s ideas and products. The staff is personable and welcoming. Even during busy times, they are outgoing, happy, and willing to take an extra minute to make sure everything I need is taken care of. New staff members, continue to carry on this attitude, consistently making this store the best. A hidden gem full of talent, services, and awesome vibes for sure!!”

Ready on App, yet, Young Asian Lady very impatient...seemed to want to get back to the conversation with other 2 Employees. Felt like I was bothering her, didnt say thank you, bye nothing. But then thats the norm everywhere now.”

“It is my pleasure to let people know how wonderful Specialty Mail is. What can Specialty Mail do for you? Give you peace of mind! As a new business owner, Tanya reached out with advice that I desperately needed. She cared, and I "got that". I had used other marketing companies and I found them to be not very personal or knowledgeable about the nuances of MY business's marketing needs. Tanya knows her stuff! She has helped my business grow as a result and I am very grateful. I will never use another marketing company for direct mail again. Thank you Tanya and Specialty Mail!”

“I went there to get a 2x12 cabinet done and packed so I could ship it. I had the best experience with both Abby and Amanda because not only did they hunt down the right-size box and get it ordered and have it there the following day, they also packed it exceptionally well. They communicated the whole way through and they also cut down the box to size. All in all, the best FedEx experience you could ever want if you ever need a box shipped through them, or anything shipped, or any service. You go to this place.”

“I have been relying on and confident with this location for many years Although the previous teams/management has issues and made me sad . . . by far this particular group of managers/team mates are FAR outstanding in that lost art of customer-friendly expert service to all. Thank you for putting up with me & my family.”

“I came thru today lookin for stationery (paper, pencils, staplers). Shortly after I walked in someone asked if I needed help finding anything and they led me over to the aisles I needed. While I was looking in one of those aisles another associate asked if I needed any more help. I was kinda surprised, honestly. My only minor complaint was that I had trouble finding mechanical pencils at an affordable price. Otherwise thanks to this location”

Ashi was happy, helpful, understanding and kept a cheerful tone even when I realized I had told her the wrong items going to the wrong addresses and needed to switch the info on the packages. Superior customer service with a great attitude. I'll be back to mail future things at this store for sure!!!”
