"Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”

“The clerk was helpful helping us find the flap part we needed for a toilet. We looked at ladders. They have a variety at all weights and prices. Only the aluminum style had the fold down tray on top. That's what we got. We like the self check out. Clean store.”
