“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

I came into the store looking for a new phone to replace the one I lost recently. Rachel and Mary were very helpful with getting my new phone all set up. Unfortunately, while I was trying to put in all the other extra stuff I needed to get manually in the new phone, I locked myself out of my phone. Rachel did absolutely everything she could to unlock the phone for me. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Her patience, her knowledge and persistence and her happiness for me that the problem was solved is something I will always remember and be so thankful for!
