This day and age, genuine customer service is hard to come by, and Heylee gave us hope that it is still out there. Heylee was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient with our questions as this is a new experience for our family. Was told it would be delivered on the 5th of August..gat a message stating it would be here between 10 and 2 about 10 minutes later was notified it would be delivered on the 11th. Will no longer be shopping at Lowes again. As far as I'm concerned they can go out of business.”
