“This is by far the best Lowe’s in all of Central Ohio! The workers are so helpful, and the manager Trey was willing to personally deliver a replacement fence panel to us after his shift ended when the original one we purchased was damaged. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And that’s just how this Lowe’s runs. It’s not even our closest Lowe’s, but it is worth the extra drive!

“As soon as Dusty heard a request for help over the intercom, he went out of his way to stop what he was working on, in order to provide multiple solutions for the metal spacer that I was looking for. When we couldn’t find the exact fit, he offered to take a larger one and cut it to size. Dusty genuinely cared about me and my needs, and was determined to help me find a solution.
I will definitely be returning to this store. I’ve never had a less than amazing experience because of all the employees’ expert knowledge and authentic desire to support their customers and their customers’ projects.”
