“As soon as Dusty heard a request for help over the intercom, he went out of his way to stop what he was working on, in order to provide multiple solutions for the metal spacer that I was looking for. When we couldn’t find the exact fit, he offered to take a larger one and cut it to size. Dusty genuinely cared about me and my needs, and was determined to help me find a solution. I will definitely be returning to this store. I’ve never had a less than amazing experience because of all the employees’ expert knowledge and authentic desire to support their customers and their customers’ projects.”

“This is by far the best Lowe’s in all of Central Ohio! The workers are so helpful, and the manager Trey was willing to personally deliver a replacement fence panel to us after his shift ended when the original one we purchased was damaged. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And that’s just how this Lowe’s runs. It’s not even our closest Lowe’s, but it is worth the extra drive! Highly recommend!”

“Well stoked shelves an knowledge staff in and out with what I was looking for no having to go store to store and best of all it didn't look as if I purchased an item that was used and returned.”

“My husband, JJ, frequents the Lowe's in Dublin. He had the best experience there today with his cashier Katie. She provided excellent customer service and helped him with our new appliances. He was so impressed and her professionalism and kindness was much appreciated ?”

“I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU to Blair and Richard! My husband sent me to get some kind of screw I had never heard of before in my life. Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was of the lack of judgement and willingness to help me. Thank you Blair and Richard so much!!”

“So I'm not very "DIY" but I went here to see if I could come up with a new arrangement for my kitchen and turn my graded utility shelf into a kitchen appliances shelf. I walked in and was greeted by Nick and Shana. I explained I was not very good at DIY but what I needed. Nick was very patient and worked with me on trying to find a solution. Then I went back home to get one of the shelfs so we could compare properly. Upon return Shana also suggested some plastic liner that I would need to cut.. bottom line I took it and I did use it on 1 shelf. They were extremely helpful and professional. Thanks for the great service.”

“I’ve recently had several projects requiring parts on short notice, and my experience with Joe at the Will Call desk and Elijah in Sales has been exceptional. Both have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I received what I needed quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and dedication have been a tremendous help. Thank you both for the outstanding service!”

“They've got a big 'ole parking lot! I parked close to the farm next door and enjoyed looking at the horses. So peaceful!Home Depot is pretty much the same layout wherever you go. It's easy to find staff if you need help. I had my phone though, and if you look up the item on their website, you can find the aisle that it's located in for your particular store location.I found air filters and twine pretty quickly!I used the self checkout and was outta there in a jiffy. Not sure when I'll return, but it's almost therapeutic to hang out at a hardware store!”
