“Repeat shopper at the Mason location. The store is well maintained even though you can tell the inventory is constantly coming in and going out. Their prices are consistently among the most affordable and they have a pretty broad selection. Today we were assisted by Alexis while looking for a fridge. She was friendly and attentive without being pushy or putting on any affect. She was knowledgeable about the products, plans, and procedures and showed some competent hustle in answering our questions and finding ways to help us get what we're looking for. No problem recommending this store to people.”

The first time they repaired and returned my machine quicker that promised, and the second time fit a quick fix into their busy schedule, while making it clear I could end up at the back of the service line if my problem required anything labor-intensive. Erin was sweet and professional about managing expectations, and my last problem was solved in less than 15 minutes!”
“I worked with Sandee at the Loveland store. She was very knowledgeable about the products Howard's sold. She has quite an eye for design and pays attention to the details. I never felt rushed or pushed in a direction. There was no upselling. I did appreciate being able to take samples home to see how they looked in our kitchen lighting. Our new cabinets, countertops, and appliances have brightened up our kitchen and look wonderful. “I always have a good experience at Lowe's and this was no different. The staff could be nicer and more attentive to shoppers needs. The staff at most Lowe's I've been to don't seem engaged or as helpful as they could be. I've actually had employees avoid eye contact with me on more than one occasion while I'm looking for something. I recommend Lowe's to people that already know what they want.”
“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”
“This Home Depot has always been great. Today was the same. We went in to buy a zero turn mower and Dean from the garden center helped us out. He was so knowledgeable and helped us a ton. “They load their company trucks first thing in the morning, starting at 7. I showed up at 8:45 and they were done amd ready. No overnight parking to speak of, easy access from the highway. There are a few truck stops 30 miles away, a couple closer, but they have very little parking. People are nice. If a customer pulls in, count on them dropping whatever theyre doing and putting you on hold.”

Fantastic experience and service today from both Geoff and Nancy K.! Both were extremely helpful and very polite! Geoff noticed my aimless walking about and checked in to see if I needed help and guided me to exactly what I was looking for quickly and effectively! Nancy K. was just as helpful when it came to finding my pick up order and went through all the trouble of finding it in the back for me and bringing it out on a cart which was a big help! Very fast and experienced staff and service today! Will come back for future needs!”
