“So far great experience!! We called in just a little bit ago. Completely flabbergasted because Enterprise canceled our van for vacation without letting us know until an hour before we were to pick it up. At first all they had was a Ford explorer today, but we called back and he explained if we could leave tomorrow he would have a van for us. Talked me through it and got my nerves calmed down!
