119 Tommy Henrich Drive Northwest, Massillon OH 44647
“Just went yesterday to swap out old phones and renew our contract. They were very knowledgeable and, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were pretty busy and slightly understaffed, but they made it work. You just have to be patient. The person who helped us went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible.”

814 Cable Court Northwest, Massillon OH 44647
“I see these complaints, and I wonder if any of these people have had to work with a large cable company before. I dropped my MCTV service about six months ago to go with tmobile internet. Big mistake. It was fine until the evening when they would make my internet service secondary to cell service, so between 6 and 9PM every night my internet dropped to a trickle or went out completely while the system showed 5 bars. I got sick of it and contacted MCTV. THE NEXT DAY at 8AM the guy was here to switch me back. An hour later and I have strong fast consistent service at a cheaper cost (at least until the special rate is over in a year.) My only concern is that the buyout will hurt service. I am used to talking to a live person and the one on one service that MCTV is. Please do not screw this up! I hear that the new company uses a completely automated customer support. I hope that they spend the money to keep a few people on hand for support.”
