“I went into this store because the charging port on my iPhone 15 plus would not hold a charge. This phone is paid off and otherwise in great condition. I have been having issues with the cord staying in the port lately. On the last day of vacation I dropped my phone on the beach and it had not held a charge since. I was dreading getting a new phone since this one is paid off.
Shelby took a decent amount of time to help clean the port out rather than instantly try to sell me a new phone. I used to work at Verizon so I know how it goes. My current phone now holds the cord in and charges successfully. I will definitely be bringing my business here when it is time to make any future purchases.”

“A big shout out to Cody B for the exceptional service yesterday. I brought in my 90 and 91 year old in-laws to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and upgrade their phones. I expected the process to be complimented and time -consuming but Cody made it seamless. Cody was incredibly patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my in-laws feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. He transferred all information, canceled their Verizon service, enrolled them in auto pay, and ensured they left with phones that were ready to use. Great job!”
“I was able to get a new service started very quickly and the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is it was hot in the store (thermostat read 76, with air not on until 80) so I was warm and borderline sweaty by the time I left.”

“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”

“After getting a new piece of Hardware I asked if one of the customer service guys if there's anything he could do to bring my bill down. I was paying over $300 a month and I've been with Spectrum for 25 years. He looked into it and brought my bill down considerably. Forget trying to do it online I'm going to go into the Spectrum store to get help from now on. Five stars to this guy who helped me.”
“I got an upgraded modem from Spectrum and had to return my old one. The employees are absolutely amazing. I was met by a very nice gentleman who signed me in, all the employees were smiling. It took me less than 5 minutes to return the equipment. This is how a Spectrum store needs to be run. A++ service.”
