The staff is always very friendly, much more knowledgeable about tech than I am (it doesn't take much to beat me in that regard, however)and as fast as humanly possible depending on the time of year! “I just want to say the manager at this store is amazing! I ordered a phone online. That was a horrible mistake. My phone never arrived and was lost during shipping. I tried calling the common Boost phone number for customer service. A man from over seas answered and I explained what happened. He told me there was nothing he could do, hung up on me and blocked my number so I couldn't call back. I decided to go right to the store. The manager at Canton Rd was wonderful. She spent 2-1/2 hours helping me get in touch with someone who actually helped me and set-up a new phone for me. Even staying a half hour after they closed to make sure I had a phone. She is nothing short of incredible and I don't know what I would have done without her!!!!!!”

“We switched from another company to T-Mobile a few years ago and have been more than delighted with the service we have received at the 30th St. store. Most recently my husband was having a few issues with his phone. The first rep we dealt with was Matt who tried cleaning unwanted junk out of the phone, made a few changes, answered several questions and sent us on our way hoping this would resolve the problem and save us the expense of a new phone. I appreciated his honesty and patience. Unfortunately the problem returned and off to 30th St. we went. This rep, Ryan was equally patient and extremely helpful. End result we bought a new phone. My husband and I are Senior citizens and not very tech savvy. Both young men explained things in a manner and speed we could comprehend. They both have been extremely helpful and represent the company very well It has been a pleasure doing business with T-Mobile.”

“Clean and pleasing to the eye. Customer service wasn't very friendly though at the store. I returned equipment and canceled service due to cost per month being $35 dollars more than T Mobile so that possibly could have been the reason. I've been a customer of Spectrum for multiple years. They weren't mean, just somewhat rude. Customer service for Spectrum was difficult to reach/speak to by phone prior prior to going to the store but once I did they were helpful and told me to get a receipt for the return of the equipment and also get an email or receipt for cancelation of the service. I asked for something showing verification for stopping service and was told that they couldn't do that. That returning the equipment was verification of cancellling the service. So, either customer service on the phone or store was incorrect.”

“The staff here has improved a lot over last year! I mean seriously! The customer service staff is super friendly, ready to help you with your issue. No matter who you get, they are ready to help. I also want to point out that Austin also deserves a promotion. His customer service is top notch, and consistent from customer to customer regardless of the situation.
