“My elderly parents were having trouble with their TV. Even though they didn't buy their TV from Mentor TV, they somehow got the number for there and my dad called asking for help. The lady who answered the phone tried helping them work things out and then when I got on the line, tried to assist me as well. She gave us some advice on things to try. The TV did get sorted out in the end - Dad had switched some cords around by mistake (thank you, helpful lady at Mentor TV! Your advice helped me rule out a lot of things, and I was able to figure out the problem much sooner!)
It was just so nice of her to try to help my parents, even though they weren't even customers. If you do buy a TV from here, I am sure that the staff will be terrific and supportive, so I would highly recommend this place!!”
“I was in town visiting friends for a few days when my charging port on my iPhone 8 finally gave out . The repair guy I usually use back in PA was hesitant about repairing it previously so when I was told they would have it done in an hour I was amazed. Not only was it done but it works better than when I bought this phone refurbished online. I HIGHLY recommend them !!!! Tim Burt and Robert Guerrieri were very helpful and patirnt with us while we asked a lot of questions, needless to say we really were happy with the level of customer service thaty they gave us. “VIP installed a remote start/alarm system on my 2020 ram 2500. I could not be more happy with the system or with his work. It was quick and painless. He taught me how to connect the app with the system so I can check on my trucks current state from wherever and adjust as necessary. We love working with Chris!When the time comes we will have Chris do the audio in my truck as well when I'm ready to upgrade! I would not trust anyone else besides Chris with my truck to make these kind of upgrades. (I am picky)”
“I usually don't like tmobile stores. This one is great however. The workers here are kind and try to help you unlike other stores. Ivan helped me and answered all my questions. I will be back to this location. Go here and not to the other mentor ave tmobile.”
