It was very easy to make an appointment. Called in the afternoon and made an appointment for the next morning. They replaced my front brakes (2015 Murano) and the drive belt. Also diagnosed and identified a seat warmer issue. Ordered part. They were great to work with and their prices are reasonable . Highly recommend
