“My parents only serviced their vehicles at Fugates and I've continued the tradition for 40 years?! Jerry and everyone at Fugates are hardworking and honest. They take pride in their work, call to give diagnostics, detailed estimate and pickup time.My husband questioned why I drove to Franklin from Cincinnati to get my vehicles serviced because he, "knew a great local mechanic". So, he was a little skeptical. However, after moving locally, he only entrusts his work van to Fugates. All work is completed on time and at a reasonable price.In fact, regularly scheduled maintenance and rental vehicle were included in the purchase from the dealership. One visit to the dealership was one too many. Because Fugates is certified, you don't have to go to the dealership to maintain your warranty.”

“Absolutely awesome experience. Car was broken down, downtown in Cincinnati on one of its busiest streets (corner of 2nd Street and Walnut). I had already waited for 10 hours for ANYONE in the area to come and help me, and it was made worse by the car being in a no parking / tow zone (there was no other place for me to push the vehicle to get out of the road), so it was understandably pretty stressful. Joseph was the only person who came to help, and he had to drive 40+ miles from where he normally works to do so. Despite all the difficulty with the busy roads, crowds of pedestrians, and poor location in general to try and tow a vehicle, Joseph took everything in stride, and was able to safely load up the vehicle in no time. He no doubt saved me hundreds of $$$ from not getting city fines, another 10 hours of my life that I can now use to fix my car, and the relief of not having to worry so much about what the next step is. He's an all-around good guy who just genuinely wants to help people who need it. Will 100% use his service again, and definitely recommend you use it if you need it.Services: Car towing”

“My husband and I were driving from PA to IL to celebrate our Grandsons's 1st birthdays. Half way there we stopped to pick up a few things at the store in Dayton, Ohio. Upon leaving, our vehicle would not drive forward nor back. Not knowing the area we contacted the local police who gave us options of towing companies. We lucked out and made the "Smart Choice" when we contacted Hollis. Andy arrived about 15 minutes after our call. Such a nice man. He quickly moved our vehicle onto his truck, dropped us off at the nearest hotel, helped us unload our bags before he left to drop the vehicle off at the dealership. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks so much for making our misfortune a bit better.”

I called and had same day service dropped car off at 1130 and by 1214pm they has called me diagnose the problem and tell me that they could have it fixed today gave me a quote and buy 2:00 I already had my car. Are there places I called around said they couldn't get me in for the next week or two and then my friend was the one that helped me get to back forth that day when I didn't have my car. And she had a similar thing wrong with her vehicle. And he was able to get her in the next day and had her car done in a similar time frame highly recommend.”
