“Went to this store to switch 2 lines and home internet from Verizon. Jordan and Gabe really know what they’re doing. They were very helpful and friendly, made sure we were completely set before we left and ensured we could come back in if we ever need any help. I would not have moved forward with switching if it weren’t for their great customer service. I will be recommending family and friends to go to this store!”

“Zackary Allen and his Manager (I can’t remember his name) were absolutely the best! We visited Miamisburg a few weeks and ago & they had no interest in helping us. Go visit Middletown Verizon!!”

“It was my first time there. I went with my friend and there was a girl that waited on us that was very very tall. She was extremely nice. Very professional. Knew everything she was supposed to know. Just a great experience even though I wasn't getting a phone. If I was I would go there and ask for her but the other staff were all professional and very good as well. Great experience. Keep up the good work”

“I came in on a whim to upgrade my phone, was helped almost instantly by Jacob and he was very helpful. Made appropriate recommendations due to my phone usage and I didn’t feel like I walked out with anything I didn’t need or want. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Great experience. Came here after a bad experience at the Liberty Center (West Chester) store and Tam took amazing care of us. Got all of our phones upgraded and brought the bill down. Employees like Tam are why I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.”
