“After somehow screwing up the logic on my phone, I took it to my local T-Mobile store (#2SPC) in Dayton, Ohio. Their Mobile Expert, Sarah Wesley, cheerfully had it fixed in less than five minutes. She also made a couple of new suggestions for how to use the device more smoothly. While I was there, I noticed the other associates were treating their clients nicely as well. Sarah was exceptional however, and I'm really hoping she will still be there the next time I have to go back.”
“Went in 45 minutes before closing and met with Alex. Wife's phone reset itself and had issues with the Apple ID. Asked Alex if he'd ever seen this before, he stated "No", I got a little worried, was thinking I'd be spending some money replacing the phone, but 20 minutes later, Alex had the phone working like new. He was a professional, used his own phone to look for additional information about the problem I brought him, never doubted himself. Can't say enough good things about Alex or the rest of the staff @ this location. Any issues or concerns have been handled immediately and resolved quickly. Never any billing issues, same amount auto deducted every month. App works well, if there's a problem, call the store, if they can't resolve it over the phone, then in person they'll handle it. It's seamless and one less thing I have to worry about. We tried the home wifi, sadly, it didn't work well enough for us, NO hassle returning it, no upselling or haggling. Just said OK and provided a return UPS label. Check these folks out if you're in the market to switch or sign up for cellular service, you won't regret it...”
