“earlier this week I visited the 1087 s main st store. Marie was exceptional in the way she helped me get what I needed (a copy of my bill so I could port my phones to a different carrier). Even though I am leaving T Mobile, Marie was so helpful. She wanted to make sure my last interaction with T Mobile was exceptional. She achieved that completely. (hmmmm...should I really leave T Mobile?!!!”
“Went to this store to switch 2 lines and home internet from Verizon. Jordan and Gabe really know what they’re doing. They were very helpful and friendly, made sure we were completely set before we left and ensured we could come back in if we ever need any help. I would not have moved forward with switching if it weren’t for their great customer service. I will be recommending family and friends to go to this store!”

“This store is amazing! I was there the morning the printer wasn't working. And from what I heard the whole system kept crashing. Kudos to the guy working, I think his name was Stephen or Steven. He had a line of customers and stayed very cool and calm and tried his best to explain the system issues. Some people just wouldn't cut him any slack, but he remained professional and kept at it. Long story short, I left with a perfectly working phone and a smile on my face. These guys really take care of their customers!”

“Spectrum’s visit was awesome! I had a question about my TV contract. There is no TV contract and I could leave anytime I wanted and he told me if I decided to cancel to wait until July 10th before the billing was created.
I was just checking this out not that I was cancelling only to verify my status with Spectrum. We have Spectrum’s wifi and cellular phone service and we have no issues.”
