Having a lift available was something we didn't know we needed until moving heavy objects wore on people. It made a hectic wedding catering trip much easier.”

After I turned it in, I was missing a white plastic card with no markings on it, about the size of a credit card. They found it and had it waiting for me when I returned to look for it. “Great experience. The Branch Manager was very professional and helpful. He ensured I was familiar with the features of the vehicle. Wrote I left the lot. The car was incredibly clean and looked like new although it had over 40,000 miles on it.

“Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “Got a rental car during collision repair on one of my cars. This was my first time renting from Hertz. I rented from the store on Old 74 here in Eastern Cincinnati. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and got me out of the store with no delays. I was satisfied with I the Kia Soul. It was clean with about 20k miles on it. I dropped it off a week later the repair shop and Hertz personnel retrieved it later. Very smooth operation with no issues. Other rental companies have given me cars that were totally unacceptable and had to be switched out at considerable inconvenience to me. Hertz has my business.”

Called to see if I could get the car early was no issue there and then had to call on a Sunday to extend my rental for a day both pickup, extension and drop off were quick and easy. “The Milford location came through for me after another company left me hanging. Enterprise had what I needed with less than a 24 hour notice on Spring Break week. They even called and told me I could pickup sooner than anticipated since they got the vehicle back and cleaned earlier than scheduled. Great staff and such a super easy process! I’ll go straight to them for my rental needs next time!”
