“Recently purchased a new vehicle from King’s Toyota. This is our third vehicle that we purchased from King’s Toyota. We put over a half million combined miles on our other two vehicles. We love Toyotas because of their reliability and how the company supports their products. Our 2007 Tundra had it frame and cold air injection pumps replaced at no cost to us. The frame was replaced when the truck had 186k miles! And Toyota provided a rental car for 90 days while the frame was ordered and installed!

“I will definitely be back when I go on my next vacation. Eli was the person who helped me from the start to the end. He was very nice and helpful. I had made my reservation in February for July. I had booked a van because I had a lot of luggage and handicap equipment I needed to travel with for my mother. I called the day before my reservation and was told that majority of their vans had a recall, but I would still be given a large SUV. I arrived for my reservation and Eli informed me that they only had two vans left and they were both used. I was upgraded to a large SUV for the same price. He showed me both my options and I picked the Wagonner. It was a very large and spacious SUV. While in Florida, we had a probably with the trunk beeping and not turning off. When I called enterprise, Eli directed me to roadside. I ended up going to a mechanic and it was fixed with a push of the button. When returning the SUV, Eli made sure that it was good and I was fully satisfied with my rental. Great employees and great quality of cars!”
“I'm not sure what they could do to make the experience any better than what we received. The truck was super clean, in great shape, ready to go as hoped, easy to book, easy to return, and more. Having a lift available was something we didn't know we needed until moving heavy objects wore on people. It made a hectic wedding catering trip much easier.”

He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “Although i ended up liking my rental, it was not what i reserved. I was sent to that location specifically because i asked for a pickup. Once there i was told none were available even though there were 3 on the lot. Those i was told were just for enterprise truck rental customers. Then to make matters worse, the truck i had reserved cost much less than the van i was placed in. Although i did get a small discount, I felt i should have gotten the van at the truck price since i had one reserved and only once i was there was i denied my reservation. This isn't how enterprise used to do business. But everything else was great. Just started out on a really bad foot. I felt i had to pay for your mistake. One bright spot; i liked the van i rented from you so much i ended up buying one just like it. So thanks very much for that.”

“Got a rental car during collision repair on one of my cars. This was my first time renting from Hertz. I rented from the store on Old 74 here in Eastern Cincinnati. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and got me out of the store with no delays. I was satisfied with I the Kia Soul. It was clean with about 20k miles on it. I dropped it off a week later the repair shop and Hertz personnel retrieved it later. Very smooth operation with no issues. Other rental companies have given me cars that were totally unacceptable and had to be switched out at considerable inconvenience to me. Hertz has my business.”
