“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. Then back to the other customers and back to me and so forth. A helpful and hard worker for sure. Thanks again Feruza”

From returning Amazon packages to mailing something that requires packaging assistance, they are always helpful. The phenomenal customer service I receive keeps me a loyal customer.”

“I just went in today to drop a package with a previous shipping label on a Saturday morning. As soon as I walked in, got a cheerful good morning. And in under a minute, my package was taken care of and got a receipt. Also has a friendly humourous conversation which was really a boost to the day! Great place!
Now, some of u might think decent customer interaction is bare minimum for an establishment. I was in that boat but reality is in this day and age, this is extremely rare now! u would literally get shouted at if you tried using the UPS a mile away on Kenwood to drop a package - no joke.
So this place has definitely earned my business for future shipping needs.”

“I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”
“Recently have been using Central for my LTL National shipments. Ultra low rates keeps more money in my pocket. Rates almost 1/2 as much as other carriers. Going on 6 months without any issues.”
“About 75% of the time my package is either delayed, out for delivery and the attempted delivery literally never happened yet it says they tried, or they’re so late that I have to sit around all day waiting to sign for the package and then they never come! 25% of the time it’s actually delivered the same day as expected and only one time have I received a door tag. Get it together people… ??

“Paige is the best. I completely forgot about the 2$ charge for printing a return label. I only had a 20$ on me and instead of her making me break the 20$. She waived the fee...or paid it herself. Lol im not sure. Either way....I have more money for plants now. And that makes my day! Also there were atleast 7 people in line and she was seemingly the only one in there at 9:30 am. Eventho it was early...she still had a smile on her face and she was making the line move! Thanks again Paige! I love nice people!”
