He handled the problems calmly and dealt with other customers while I was repeatedly put on hold with online support. “Moses was absolutely amazing and I am now a new customer with Boost Mobile bc of him. He was so nice and so helpful. It was the end of the day and the store was about to be closing and moses was only 20 mins away from getting off work for the night and I was ready to give up and he STILL went out of his way to do anything he could to help me pick a phone and get set up. He never once made me feel rushed and was so kind and patient with me. He was also extremely kind to my bored kids lol. He is hands down their BEST employee. Thank you again, Moses!”

Wasn't crazy about having to switch to new phone numbers, but after that they helped get everything set up, even found an extra deal that saved us $30 for the time being. They were straight in telling us that the program they found that saved us $30 would remain as long as there were funds for it. Definitely recommend.”
