“Recently purchased a new vehicle from King’s Toyota. This is our third vehicle that we purchased from King’s Toyota. We put over a half million combined miles on our other two vehicles. We love Toyotas because of their reliability and how the company supports their products. Our 2007 Tundra had it frame and cold air injection pumps replaced at no cost to us. The frame was replaced when the truck had 186k miles! And Toyota provided a rental car for 90 days while the frame was ordered and installed!
We were fortunate to use the same salesperson for all three vehicles. Joe Heckler is professional and hardworking. He’s not pushy at all and you feel like he’s working for you! Just a great experience! I will purchase our next vehicle from King’s with Joe’s help.”

“I rented a car here through my insurance after an accident. They picked me up from the nearby car repair place and brought me to their store. The worker was kind and helpful, allowing me to choose between two vehicles. I had a small wait while they cleaned and prepared a car for me. Drop off was as easy as pick up as well! Their collaboration with my insurnace and car repair place made all of this a breeze!”

I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “I put in a reservation for a truck but when I arrived it was unavailable ?. Fortunately the staff called their Fairfield location and found one?. If you don't want to make a new reservation for another location, they have to trade another vehicle to swap for the one you want. He was kind they were kind enough to swap out a vehicle at their location for the one I requested. I wanted to extend my vehicle time but the lady I spoke with could not seem to find my VIP, reservation, or card on file. I suspect she was too busy to look my name or reservation up. I did give my name but she claimed she could not find me smh. She quoted $450 for 3 days with no explanation so I just returned the truck. I was offered $435 for my 10 day reservation in the beginning. I am not sure why it was so much for 3 days but I did not want to cause an issue. The gentleman that booked my truck was very thorough in explaining. I booked through my credit card the first time. I'm not sure if booking direct through Enterprise is worth the VIP discount offered. Overall I enjoyed my experience with the vehicle chosen and the customer service provided in my initial check in.”

“Although i ended up liking my rental, it was not what i reserved. I was sent to that location specifically because i asked for a pickup. Once there i was told none were available even though there were 3 on the lot. Those i was told were just for enterprise truck rental customers. Then to make matters worse, the truck i had reserved cost much less than the van i was placed in. Although i did get a small discount, I felt i should have gotten the van at the truck price since i had one reserved and only once i was there was i denied my reservation. This isn't how enterprise used to do business. But everything else was great. Just started out on a really bad foot. I felt i had to pay for your mistake. One bright spot; i liked the van i rented from you so much i ended up buying one just like it. So thanks very much for that.”

“Got a rental car during collision repair on one of my cars. This was my first time renting from Hertz. I rented from the store on Old 74 here in Eastern Cincinnati. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and got me out of the store with no delays. I was satisfied with I the Kia Soul. It was clean with about 20k miles on it. I dropped it off a week later the repair shop and Hertz personnel retrieved it later. Very smooth operation with no issues. Other rental companies have given me cars that were totally unacceptable and had to be switched out at considerable inconvenience to me. Hertz has my business.”

“5 stars for the staff at this location! 0 stars for Hertz for understaffing. The woman doing the job of answering the phone, checking people in & out, washing the cars, and then bringing the cars around herself was a delight both times. Once she had help from a sick employee on his day off from another location. Give them both raises!”
“1. They have 15 seater van, 8 seater suvs like suburban and all kinds of other cars in good condition.
2. No speed limit controls integrated in cars.
3. I find it cheaper occasionally to rent than in CVG airport on weekends through Costco.”
“The 23 Charger we rented was perfect for our trip to Florida. Rode and drove great. The only negative thing was the outside cleanliness of the car could have been better, and windows could have been cleaned. Staff was friendly and very informative. Great car selection. Will definitely use you services again.”
