“I've rented a few times for work travel. The vehicles are fine, and I always get what I've asked for. My only gripe is that even though you schedule a pickup appointment, your car isn't always ready on time. Sitting and waiting for your vehicle is annoying when you had an appointment.”

“Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “Enterprise is the most hassle-free car rental company. Their cars are always better than whenever I’ve rented from Avis. My last rental only had 5000 miles on it. - Vehicle inspection was done with me, so everything about fuel, mileage, and condition was clear before leaving the lot.

“Shawn ( Montgomery rd location) was the agent that helped us. She was sooo helpful. When we got there the car my daughter requested (7 seats) was ready and available; however, this did not leave her any room for all the luggage and stuff, which my daughter hadn’t thought of. Shawn leaped into action. She showed us a 12 seater van, then searched around and located an expedition which was perfect. She made sure the oil was changed and it had a full tank of gas and it was clean. She truly went above and beyond to help my daughter. So glad my daughter chose this Avis/Budget rental. KUDOS SHAWN!!”
