“Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O”
“If you use GasBuddy app Sam’s usually comes up with the cheapest gas. That’s one of the reasons I spend big bucks on a premium membership. I’ve actually calculated it over the course of one year & I AM the winner!”

“We get our prescriptions here. They have a program that compares your insurance price with a discount card and will give you the discount when possible.
They have pretty good produce.
They have a good photo department for making photos off your pictures in your phone.
You can find a lot of things there Drug stores don't usually carry, like automotive, hardware, household items, a decent pet department.
Plus a dairy and frozen food section.”
“I was very impressed by the staff and Service at the pharmacy today when I was picking up prescriptions for my husband after surgery. I was also very impressed by their selection of healthy snacks, including protein, instant coffee powder, protein, liquid, cold, coffee, drops, and an incredible selection of protein Snacks that have an awesome protein to calorie ratio. It’s nice to have healthier options while picking up prescriptions and visiting a hospital.”
“I felt faint while shopping 7 days ago and the manager was great providing extraordinary help with chair , water, a motorized cart ( my first time using one, and continued assistance thru checkout. Thank you to him at 360 Waterloo in Akron. The staff at the customer service desk was also outstanding, They contacted the manager quickly when I asked a customer standing in line to ask them for a chair when I started to feel faint. They also offered encouragement and appreciated concern.This is also thank you to that customer and another. This customer walked over when she saw me in distress and stood with me, offering encouragement until the manager came. I am greatly appreciative of them all. I continued to shop in the clean, spacious, store with a wide variety of fresh produce and many choices of a wide array of groceries and other items.”
“Hands down my favorite Drug Mart of all time. Its the biggest one that I know of and has such a unique and abundant selection. It far out weighs the Kent and Stow locations. They are awesome too mind you, but this one really stands out. You can find most of what you are looking for here. Much like a little mini Walmart. Hopefully you guys keep being the greatness you are!”

“Most of their employees are very nice. They have pharmacy rewards for refilling prescriptions. The reason I took one star off is one time there was one capsule missing for my antibiotics. And another time I got a half-broken pill in my 30 days supplies and I couldn't find the other broken half in the bottle. Each time I had to call them to fix it but no one at the pharmacy apologized for their mistakes. Lastly, they don't call me when my prescription is ready for pickup. I have to call them to find out if it's ready or not. When I get my meds filled at other pharmacies like CVS, I always get a phone call or a text to tell me my prescription is ready for pickup.”
“The are truly there for their customers and community. We have been at CVS for 10+ years and am now really ticked I spent the money I did there. Marc's doesn't charge minimum co-pays just because they can. So far for monthly meds we have paid zero...$50+ dollars would have gone to CVS.”

“Giant Eagle is one of those places where it really pays to have the free loyalty membership. Just make sure you sign up for a loyalty card at customer service or in the app before you reach the cash, otherwise many of the sale prices won’t apply and it can end up being pricier than nearby grocery stores.
That said, once you have the membership, there are some decent deals to be found. I also appreciate that the store tends to be a more peaceful place to shop compared with the nearby superstore, which can feel much more hectic.
I also really appreciate the bakery section. There’s a great selection of baked goods, and the birthday cakes in particular look fantastic with lots of options to choose from.”
“This is a great Marcs. They always surprise me with their selection. My only complaint is that all of the locations look so dim and extremely outdated. I AM, however, thrilled that this location has price checkers now.”

“I like Sam's but they need more and better maintained motorized scooters for disabled and elderly. Ive watched people turn around and leave because there are none available or are not working. Costco and BJ's might be a better option . Theirs are nicer and more abundant. Also. Open some
cash registers. I don't use self checkout. It sickens me that our world has become so non serviceable . Next thing we'll be stocking the shelves.”

“It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.”
