“Chose this hotel for our wedding, friendly staff, clean rooms, and plenty of things to do around the hotel if you’re there for a while. My husband set up the room block and had no trouble doing so, however we did request the shuttle service upon booking with them and when we showed up the day before they had no mention of it in the system. When we asked about it, they said something along the lines of it not being asked for? We had a fun crowd. Mostly my husbands friends. I know he asked for the shuttle. Regardless, given that it was January there were no other events going on so it was an easy fix and we didn’t argue about who was right or wrong. Maybe just get it in writing if it’s busy season. Would stay here again, overall quality was good! Breakfast is included :)”
“Rooms could be a little cleaner. Marriott App doesn’t let you message the staff..it’s 2026 please update that. Calling and waiting for a response is not ideal..luckily this place is better than the hotels nearby so location is great.”

“Noise is the one thing I didn't like. I was on 3rd floor and people on floor above were very noisy even by simply walking across the floor. I kept getting woke up from them.
Also the smell is strange. Could use some room fresher.”

The location is conveniently close to so many things to do or go shop, but it is tucked away from a lot of traffic and typical noise. The staff is wonderful and friendly. “This was base camp for Sonic Temple 2026 in Columbus. We were lucky to receive a free room upgrade which offered plenty of space for two people! (We each had our own hotel room with a common area 😁). Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a basketball court and nice outside seating area. My only slight criticism is the building is showing it's age, so some cosmetic maintenance would help it shine even more! We would stay here again!”

“Got checked in after a long day and walked into our first room, which based purely on smell, maybe had a service dog or pet in it prior to us. Darius, the best person in the world, very quickly resolved this for us and brought us new keys to a new room right across the hall. This was the best case scenario solution. He was super kind and made what was a not-so-great day into a good one. Thanks Darius!”

“I booked a room through expedia and the hotel ended up being overbooked when we arrived. The general manager Brad was excelent he helped get us another room. He was so kind and helpful he even saw us outside and offered water. Brad went above and beyond for us. We are greatful for him.”
“Good experience for a 1 night stay. Checked in 2 hrs early. In and out no issues. Whirlpool tub in the room was great. Few broken jets but eh. Pool area was nice and clean. By the airport so plane noise is to be expected. Basic hotel breakfast don't expect much lol”

“The service was very helpful from checking me in with my rewards to making waffles in the morning for breakfast, our window opened (I enjoyed because that’s not a typical thing [we were on the ground level], pets were welcomed, it had laundry, coffee in the room stocked up, the beds were so comfortable (and I’ve stayed at a handful of hotels this past 6 months) each bed had 4 pillows, bathroom was stocked up from rags to soaps, no smoking ? but that was absolutely okay with me because that insured the rooms don’t have smokers damage (coming from a smoker) it was nice looking when you walk in the stairs and there are individual meeting rooms for business (very nifty and private)”

“I was a bit surprised by the cucumber & lime water offered in the lobby, as it had sugar added. The idea of infused water is to keep it refreshing, not sweet. If guests want something sugary, soda is already available. I expected a different standard, especially from an international hotel chain.
It’s also important to note that this hotel does not include a buffet breakfast, which may be disappointing for some travelers.
That said, the room itself is decent, and overall the stay was fine.”
