“I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. If you are reading this review, I would definitely recommend this location for your cellular needs and 5-star customer service!”

“I had an outage (which was my fault) I sent a email at 11pm hoping I would get someone to respond the next day... Chris responded within minutes and asked if it was OK he came out that night together my internet back up! No joke 20 minutes later chris was here and by midnight had my internet back up and running! I have never had a personal experience like this before! Internet works amazing service is a 12 out of 10 and after 5years I willL never go anywhere else! “So it's just a cell phone store where they sell phones and stuff right. Well I went in Saturday and Devon and the staff there just drastically improved the quality of my life and my family's lives while saving me a ton of money. I had Verizon and let the poor quality go because I had home Internet until recently when we discovered our slumlord hadn't paid the bill in months. After that and because there was a bill at the residence we were out of luck. I came in and explained that I'm a full time student and I work and my wife is from over seas and in about 30 minutes I had two new phones with unlimited 5G Internet for less than my next Verizon bill with their terrible phones. School just started back and they really saved me and kept us in touch with our family everywhere. Thank you so much guys you are appreciated”

“This location is larger than the Chapel hill location. On this day they had approximately 10 working the floor. Even with that we still experienced around a 30 minute wait. The staff was attentive and addressed all of our issues they assisted us in every manor. This location has restrooms. I can’t understand hours how the others don’t.
Parking was plentiful and the parking lot was cleared from the recent snow fall.
When we found out that we needed a new phone they had the phone that we needed stock.”
“MCTV offers reliable service, and customer service is friendly, helpful, and local. I've been critical in the past of their price/performance, particularly upload speeds.They are making good progress, however, in deploying fiber to the premises across their entire footprint. They are now offering 1 Gbps symmetrical service in areas with fiber at $89.95 per month including all taxes and fees, which is quite reasonable. Lower tiers are also symmetrical and priced well.If you're in an area they haven't yet upgraded to fiber, though, you get significantly slower upload speeds (15 Mbps for the most expensive plan) and the pricing is the same as areas with fiber.Once they've completed their fiber deployment, they'll be a five-star ISP without any caveats. For now, if you're in an area that's still on coax, the upload speeds at given prices are not a good value. Unfortunately, unless you have fiber from the telephone company available (few do), they are still the fastest and most economical option in the area.”
“The people were friendly and very helpful. It is a very busy store, we had a 20 minute wait and about the same time just getting out of the parking lot but we have wifi so I think it was worth the wait.”
