He is not the one to try and sell you parts or work you don't need. He did work on our Honda Odyssey and not only was it turned around in a reasonable amount of time and did so without breaking our budget like a dealership would. “I have had the hardest time trusting mechanics after having to overpay time and time again with most places not quoting over the phone. My car was in the worst possible condition and I had no way to get to or from work or make my daughter’s appointments and Kevin had me back on the road the next day. Kevin throughout the entire process genuinely cared more about helping me than getting business out of me, he even recommended that instead of trying to keep getting my car fixed that i try to save for a new one and he would help me find the perfect reliable vehicle on his own time. i always have the worst anxiety having to deal with a mechanic but i will never experience that again because i will never go anywhere else. Kevin pulled so many favors for me during all of this and i could not be more grateful.”
“My car has been making a strange noise on the highway and after having the Honda dealer and an independent shop look at it for repairs- I was told nothing was wrong with it. I’ve owned the car since it was new and something was definitely wrong with it. I called Yanos and explained that it was an elusive problem that I would like fixed. They discovered a wheel bearing was making the noise. And replaced it. I had my car back in one day and it drives like new again!! “I lost my job in Florida due to a hurricane lost my sister nov13th. I moved to Arkansas drove to ohio to see my brother which lost his fight to cancer. My car broke down and no garage would help they were booked. I called updated automotive repair and Bill the owner was booked and still helped my family and I and got us on the road. If not for bill I would have lost my job and potentially homeless. Bill the owner was such a blessing and fantastic. Although they didn't do tire repair and didn't owe me anything I was immediately assisted with air and was able to get up the street quickly for repair. “Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”
“Passing through the area in our van, we stopped not sure about some noise and whether or not it was serious. Dejan took time out of his busy day to look. My immediate impression was that this man knows his way around a vehicle inside and out. He carefully combed over the van allthewhile rattling off issues to keep an eye on. He concluded our van was good to go for the trip. Much relieved we started to climb back in when it occurred to us that we hadn't paid. Dejan had already returned to the building. I ran after him and pointed out our omission when he smiled and said, that he is glad to help. There would be no charge. Who does that? What a great guy! What a great shop!
The conclusion: a week later we dropped in at our home mechanic which confirmed Dejan was spot on with everything. Thank you again guys!”

“We had an early appointment for our new tires. We waited in the shop until work was completed. They were on time. Everyone was professional. Tires look great and ride nice. Goodyears. No complaints. We will use this location for our oil change, too.
Update- one of our valve stems snapped off and we stopped in over Thanksgiving weekend and they fixed it for us the same day. We were so grateful. We also had our oil changed there yesterday and the process was efficient and accurate.”

“Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.
