“I don't know how much this'll help, but my experience at speedway was phenomenal. This worker, Robert, was so kind, and we asked for some chicken. He made a whole new batch for us. He also gave us a discount, and jokingly we said that if we won the lottery, he'd get his part. Overall, tonight was an amazing time at this place. And deserves to get recognized.”

“I do not get my reward points when I buy my frozen drinks on a almost daily basis. I have repeatedly chose the 7 drink option. I do not smoke, please stop sending me tobacco product rewards. My rewards are not working with my phone. I have to punch my number in at the register, but the the clerk clears my entry. My rewards were working on the self help register. When they were told that was working, the self help register key pad was unplugged and a sign was posted that the key pad was out of service. I feel customer rewards are being redirected.”

“It is a little out of the way from my usual circle but they have a great selection of tubes and tobacco for rolling my own cigarettes. I have found a very good equal to Newport Menthol are the Gambler menthol products and for less than $2/buck compared to... UGH. JB also has some Delta 8/9/10 products. I especially like the Just Delta Sativa D8 strawberry for a really nice buzz. Delta products contain less than .3% of thc, which is the Federally legal amount and legal on a State of Ohio level. The customer service team are worth mentioning. (Sorry, I do not give 5 stars often)”

“I can see I’m maybe the only few with a good review. BUT, lol here I am. From the last CVS pharmacy I had to deal with in Shaker, the pharmacy, the techs and doctor were disrespectful and everything else. I vowed to never return to any CVS, but then my insurance was fully covered here so I switched back over. I can say this pharmacy is the best I’ve been too in YEARS(maybe ever actually)! With my hospital and pharmacy trauma it’s been a lot! But everyone here is gentle, kind, and very helpful. Every time I go pick up my medication ( I usually do the drive thru but today I went inside because I needed some things) customer service is always amazing! The lady I forget her name (which sucks because I literally told her I loved her sparkly name tag) was so kind. Which I was kind of worried about because I did ask her for a lot but she was very patient and knowledgeable. Everyone is always kind coming and going. The phone can be a little difficult and frustrating at times but they have always got back to me and quickly. With my transfers, refills or any help I need. I appreciate you guys please keep this attitude it’s needed everywhere! It means a lot from what I’ve been through .”
