“This is the best post office branch in Northeast Ohio. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. People forget, but there are parking spots to the side of the post office. Just make a right on that little one-way street, folks! So I’ve never had any issues parking. Now, sometimes the customers are really rude, but the staff are super friendly and kind. I’ve had to do very complex international mailings that really stressed me out, but the staff are unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful!”
“Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.”

“I have came over a few times to get mail from po box and the doors are locked when they should be open at 8:30 am going by the hours posted on the door for lobby hrs 6:30am very inconvenient. Please have responsible people for this job.

“I want to say THANK YOU to both the Clerk who handled my call, and the Carrier #12 for his help in getting my package delivered corrected. I ended up with a wrong number on the package, they sent me a notification and after I called we corrected my mistake. Both were curious, easy to understand and went out of their way to ensure my package being delivered that Saturday 10/18/25 like it was supposed to be. ??”
“We find this location very dependable and prefer it over the closer NORO one. I like that the have self service largehopper bin in the lobby for after hours parcel drop off. Been going here for years never had any problems. 5 stars!!!”

“I have no clue why the ratings are so low, except people rarely leave comments, except to complain. The U.S. Postal Service processes and delivers an average of 371.3 million mailpieces daily. Postmaster DeJoy destroyed hundreds of automatic sorting machines in 2020 and those have not been replaced. Think about that when when wondering why packages seem to stay for days at major hub locations that use to have these sorting machines and now everything has to be handled manually by people that don't have any monitoring, because everyone is honest, but I digress.
Today I needed to get my taxes mailed and I wanted a return delivery confirmation. Ruby not only greeted me when I entered, when my time came, she was the person to help me out. She was cheerful, helpful, courteous, and efficient.”
“Mostly busy location with long lines, especially during peak hours, but that is pretty common for this post office. I usually just drop off my mail and packages, so I cannot say too much about the full customer service experience. Parking is plentiful, although it can fill up quickly during busy times. The building itself is not very large, so when the line gets long it can feel a little cramped inside.
That said, the location is convenient and seems organized considering how many people come through daily. The self-service drop-off area helps make quick visits easier, and the place generally feels clean and well maintained. If you go during non-peak hours, the experience is much smoother.”
“Always short-staffed but the employees try their best to be quick. It's usually the customers slowing them down by being unprepared with their packages. They are friendly if you are not an annoying customer.”
“A lot of complaints about this location so I wanted to set the record straight. Convenient location lots of with free parking, adequately supplied and fantastic customer service. Yes they are short staffed but that is no fault of the employee. Be patient and nice to one another.”
