“My car wouldn't turn over, tried jumping it but that didn't work. I called to let them know that I will need my car towed to their shop for it to be evaluated. I left the keys in the car for them to come get it from the Dollar General parking lot. About 2 hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver who let me know he got the car jumped and it was just the battery. Waited for me to get back there to drive it away. He could have not tried to jump start it and towed it back to their shop as that would have made them more money, but he didn't. I would trust this company to be fair.”

“Amy and the family at Fuerst are, without question, the most trustworthy and honest company doing automotive work. I reached out to Amy after believing I had done damage to my vehicle's braking structure /steering knuckle when changing the brakes myself. We had the vehicle towed to the Fuerst shop, expecting an expensive replacement of the steering knuckle. I wanted to have the repair done right and heard that Fuerst does excellent work. Long story short, Amy was communicative the whole way, a pleasure to speak to, and utlimately let me know the damage was not as I had anticipated & no expensive repair was needed. They could have easily charged me $1,000 for the repair I felt certain that I needed. By showing the depth of their honesty and ethical practices, they've earned all my future business for repair work that is outside my ability! Thank you, Amy!”

“Came out to a flat tire, reluctantly ( due to long waits in the past )I contacted my roadside assistant services with my insurance provider and they sent Kufner. I was immediately contacted via the app text then followed up with via live person texting to update me along the way. The wait time was very short! ( glad I waited to I returned to my car to call) the entire process didn't take no more then 30 mins from the call to the arrival of the most kind, considerate driver in the world! He took gentle car with me and my car. That's truly appreciated! Fast, efficient professional service. He even moved my car to get to tire due to me being afraid to. He place the spare gently in trunk and reparked my car for me. He even told me where I can get the battery for my chirp! Thank you Kufner A1 service”
