βCanβt say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area weβve shopped in.β
βDenise is such a sweetheart β€οΈ. She always greets my mother warmly and is incredibly helpful whenever we shop at Kohlβs. She goes out of her way to make sure we have a great experience. My mom actually thinks about her every time we come to Kohlβs!

βI really love shopping at Value World Thrift Stores. They have quality items in every department. I have visited all 3 of the ones in my area and they are all wonderfulβ£οΈβ
βI had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.β
βI was very impressed with the selection at this Kohl's. The racks were full, wide variety of styles and sizes. Very clean. All prices and promotions were labeled clearly. The store was full of other shoppers and very friendly associates. The prices were higher than I thought they would be, but I will definitely be back!β
βThey are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.β

Staff is educated on what they were doing and It was very easy to find everything I was looking for to the staff directing me right where it was when I asked awesome this place makes me happy every time I go there !

βLast week was my first visit to this store. I must say, it will not be my last! The store has so many wonderful items for my home and small business. The store was very well organized, neat, and clean. The clearance area was also neat; no items thrown around on the floor or merchandise piled up. I originally went to purchase a comforter. They had a nice array to choose from as well as different price points. I wanted a gray comforter. I found a couple that offered the sheet set too. After looking, I found one on the clearance shelve. It was perfect and the price was perfect too! Check out was a breeze. The cashier was nice. I highly recommend HomeGoods... I'm going back next week!β

βI love everything about this store. The selection is great. I can always find a bargain or something very special for myself or a family member. I love to shop at Marshall’s during the holidays because I can find designer clothes and accessories at a really good price.
Recently, I’ve noticed that many of the items that were out in the open for customers to pick up and purchase are now locked up. This tells me that they’re having a problem with theft. I don’t mind them doing this as it keeps the prices low.β

βHuge TJM. Found just what I was looking for in clothing. All other departments were larger than the ones here in Akron. If you need a big TJM haul, make the drive here. Staff was extra friendly too.β

βI don't know much about moisturizer or skin care. Although I felt very out of place, I stopped to see if I could find something nice for my mom. One of the girls working was very pleasant and volunteered quite a bit of time with me to help find some suitable products.β

βUpdate: Just had a new set of tires installed on one of our other cars, and the service was excellent once again. Communication was clear, the car was ready right on time, and the new Michelin tires are performing greatβespecially in the snow. Highly recommend not only for their service but also their knowledge and willingness to answer questions.

We had a set of tires put on our Honda several months ago and had an excellent experience. I also love that they offer the option of nitrogen for the tires.
Recently, a family member was told by a dealership that her tires needed to be replaced because the inside tread was supposedly bare β even though the tires only had 19,000 miles on them. The dealership quoted nearly $1,000 for replacements. We brought the car here for a second opinion, and thankfully, the tires were in great shape and didnβt need replacing at all.
So grateful for this honest, fast, and friendly team! They took the time to answer all our questions β highly recommend!β

βSmallish, not a great pop selection, had to settle for diet Coke (was looking for diet MTN dew). Self checkout was not as easy as it should be. It has trouble scanning the 6 pack.β
βWal Mart auto service at this location is efficient, affordable and convenient. Wise words: Do NOT be that 'guy' just because you're in a bind and you take it out on service. A thought...
These guys work hard in a tough business where it almost seems acceptable to be that 'guy!' Stop! Great prices and great services if you have a great attitude.
