“I had an old fireplace that needed updating. When Randy and Rick came out, they not only found gas leaks around the fireplace but near the furnace and water heater. Randy spent seven hours redoing gas lines. The fireplace is beautiful and very adjustable.”
“I went here and the building is a large building on a residential street which surprised me. I met the proprietor and he was a very kind person. He took my machine to check it out and he then easily diagnosed the problem and I didn't even have to leave it. He seems like a very honest person that is very knowledgeable about all kinds of sewing machines. It seem that he wants to fix machines but at a fair price for him and the customer. I will 100% go back and plan to recommend him to all of my friends. If you go here I can only imagine that you would be very happy you did as I was today.”
“Don’t come here much but was in yesterday and today and had excellent service with paint. I cannot remember the mans name from yesterday but today a man named keagan helped me and he was extremely kind and even made small talk to pass the time that my paint was mixing. Not many places you can go anymore with such friendly people. I appreciated that.”

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. This kind of effort and commitment for the customer is rare indeed and I am very pleased with the result. Thank You Jennifer and good for you Dirt Devil for the customer commitment you have.”

“I like MFS Supply but this last rehab property there were a couple of issues that concern me.I manage 3 LLC's that buy properties in NE Ohio. In the past things went pretty smoothly. But this time: 1) no one told me they don't unload cabinets into the house anymore. Wasn't on the quote! When I mentioned this to them they said they changed that during COVID.NO that is wrong. Even my last deliver in April of 2021 they delivered into home!2) the measuring guy made a HUGE error. He did not measure where the 220 volt range outlet was located nor the 110 volt microwave outlet was. Thus during installation they ended up being behind the base cabinet (220) and behind wrong cabinet (110) and had to be moved. We lost a half a day moving electrical.Mostly I'm happy with MFS and Suzanne, April, Jack, Judy and their diligence and customer service.”

What makes Father's Dream so important now is that modern appliances are not as durable as they were 40 years ago. An older appliance, while less efficient, was much more durable and reliable. A reputable dealer is now essential. Before Father's Dream was recommended to me, I would say I lost over $2,000.00 on appliances that were essentially junk but were sold as fully reconditioned. The seller, of course, did not service what he sold and besides, it was all the buyers fault if it did not work. Everything Reggie Sizemore sells works, works well and is backed by a guarantee. “I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”

“Some times I find it hard to locate a specific item in such a huge store, and you can't always find a associate for help. Even when you do locate a associate sometimes they send you to the wrong area. So my favorite addition to the Home Depot website is that you can look up the item you are looking for and it will give you the aisle number and the bay number. In my experience using this trick it has always sent me to the correct location in the store.”
