If we sent over a file with a mistake, we'd get a phone call hours later. Need it fast - no problem. We started by ordering quantities of 50 or so package inserts and now order thousands at a time. Some companies won't deal with startups and only want your business if you can place a large order.”
“The first time I had gone to fed ex to print some invitations it turned out to be a disaster. I had used the self service printers in the front and the ink was of extremely poor quality, ruining the invitations.
This time I went to the desk and I’m so glad I did! It was at the desk where I met Will. Will was so patient with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He is the reason the invitations were so successful. He was able to take my pdf from my USB and provide pristine quality on shimmer heavy weight paper. All the staff seemed kind but I will be coming back because of Will.”

“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”
