“I been banking at this location in Oregon for a long time. I had a problem with the delivery of my personal checks. I went to Citizen bank to talk to somebody and Kris waited on me. She cared about my problem and she made a phone call to straighten things out. She did an excellent job. She told me they are going to send me a new set of checks and if I were to get the old checks that she was going to shred them for me. Well today Mon 7/17, I received my new checks. Kris really helped me out with my check problem. She is to be commended for a job well done. I want to thank Kris for all she done for me to get my checks ok.”
