“Ismail is the guy who runs the store here, I bought 2 phones that he had on a limited time offer(which was SO worth the price!). He wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door, he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying accessories or unnecessary items just to up the price. He explained everything exactly as it should have been and I was able to grasp everything BEFORE I made the purchase due to his patience. I will for a fact be coming back and I think that more people should consider trying him out for your phone needs. I appreciate it a bunch!”

“Way better experience with the lady at this store. Sanah, is BOMB! She got me together after visiting the store in FP (Waycross Rd). Adam was impatient, rude and gawky! He may know the products well, but it's not worth my peace. Sanah was very patient, thorough, and helpful. “They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”
