“My visit on Saturday, July 26 was my first time there. The store is clean, well lit and well stocked but signage could be better. The young man working the afternoon I was in was not friendly and seemed indifferent to helping the customers who were there. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I worked in retail for over 30 years and in retail, you don't get to have bad days. I would definitely go back, but hope someone else is working the next time I go in.”

I found that the easiest parking is behind the store in the shopping mall parking lot, so you don't have to deal with Lorraine road traffic exiting the lot.”

“NOW I GET IT! First and very important, people like to say the next generation doesn't like to work. In all fairness, we can't glom all young people in this category. I walked in Lil' Chet's to witness a young man vacuuming the floor, a very kind, patient and broad smiling young lady named Grace who wore the business brand well and then a taller, young man at the cash register and three other younger associates all busy at their post. I always thank people who are working these days but I'll go as far to say these associates were raised right. Bravo to whoever hired so many good workers. Now the Chicken. I walk To the back of the store and there it is.....a trove of fried chicken. I can't tell you how many people I know rave about this fried chicken. They say "it's the best around". I have driven past this place so many times, usually with somewhere to go. This time someone took the wheel and steered me straight in their lot. So I go in to see what all the fuss is about. Grace explained the difference of the chicken selection was. Just to sample, I opted for two thighs and one breast for beef and my wife with a side of sweet mustard. Got home to try it....Rats! I should have bought more.... The chicken was done right. Crispy, not greasy. In fact, if I had to rush out of the house, I know I could turn the doorknob with out washing the grease off my fingers. Breasts were not dry, thighs were tender, better than average in size and the mustard dip had a familiar taste to it but just enough off to make me consider it wasn't store bought and repackaged. So NOW I GET IT! What all the fuss was about. I'll be back for sure.”

“I have been a regular shopper at the speedway for several years first shift you're not me a more professional person that takes care of her customers during the day she's very quick at the register she's very attentive with everything and if you're looking to get in and get out on a rapid basis this is the speedway to go to the manager Carl I cannot say enough great things about this guy he's always very friendly which is his natural personality and he's doing a great job as far as having workers as we all know how hard it is to find workers that work for an hourly wage I've become attached to the manager I like him a lot as a person this is a very friendly speedway to go to if you're looking for good customer service where the cash register anyone that works there is not going to give you an attitude we all know how difficult it is today to find good customer service when we're shopping at the store this is by far the most deserving five stars that I've ever given for any business”
