“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”
“It's the second time I purchase a dress at Ruby's and, just like the time before, I had a great experience here! The store has so many different options, unlike many other stores in Cleveland area. The owner was very helpful and took the time to not only show me the many options available but also assist me as I tried on many options today. He listened to me and helped me pick something appropriate to the event and that compliments my body and looks elegant. During checkout we had a great conversation and talked about our countries and cultures! I will for sure come back whenever I need a fancy dress for another special occasion. And obviously the dress js gorgeous and everyone loved it.”
“Went in for incense, left with new everything. From their hand-crafted soaps to blankets, I have not found another store of its type with better sourced goods. It's a great place to buy gifts, revamp wardrobe and home decor at a great price. If you have any questions about anything the staff will provide the most thorough answers. Love this space.”
“As a longtime admirer of Hermès, I knew I had to stop at Cuffs when visiting the Cleveland area. My expectations for the store were pretty high—and I was blown away. It is truly a special place.
I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady I spoke with, because she was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about the rich history of the brand. To be honest, I’m not at a point in my life where I can afford Hermès, but I deeply appreciate the brand. I’ve been in numerous boutiques, and while beautiful, the interactions I’ve had with sales associates have often been ice cold.
Cuffs felt more like visiting a wealthy relative’s house, where they let you go through their closet—and I mean that as the highest compliment. It’s warm, inviting, and there’s zero pressure.”
“First, their clothes are awesome. Best quality stuff around and comfortable. Second, the people at Arborwear are terrific. When I messed up an online order for a bunch of items for a company event and didn't realize it until a day or two before the event, they figured out a way to get us what we needed with a short turnaround in order to make our event a success. Meant a lot to our team to get their award gear and to me! Big thanks to Brittany, Rob and the team there for their care!”
“Love Pure Barre! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. They are friendly and motivate each class. The facility is clean and well maintained. The front desk associates make you feel welcome and assist with scheduling and membership items. Plenty of free parking is available. Class members look forward to each class session.”
“There are truly no words to accurately describe this boutique or the owner. The clothing is second to NONE and so is the OWNER! She keeps you looking AMAZING! She helps put your look together. Anything you need you can get at Dresscode! The space is beautiful. Her other customers quickly become your friends while shopping. There is peace in the building, so much so customers stay longer than just to buy her amazing pieces they start helping you shop, you just start conversations. I have never before felt that kind of amazing energy while shopping. Now that I have, she will forever be my first stop when I have any event, whether it be date night, concert, church whatever. She will be last stop too because I have NEVER had to search for another look somewhere else once going to Dresscode. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go! You won’t be disappointed. “I had my first class at Pure Barre Brecksville on Friday and had such a great experience. As a first-time participant, they made no assumptions and walked me through everything I needed to know, from the equipment to how the class would flow.
Andy, the instructor, was attentive throughout the class and checked in on my form, which I really appreciated. Both she and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time.
After class, they both checked in with me and helped me understand the schedule moving forward. I left feeling supported, motivated, and excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone new or experienced!”

“I went to the store because I needed a couple things. I had a great saleswoman. Her name is Niecy. She was amazing. She helped me from the minute. I walked in from the minute that I left, I ordered the apparel that I needed and I went and picked it up that week and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, she doesn’t work here at the store anymore, but they always have really good people to help you and measure you.”

“Torrid is one of the only plus size stores that I can shop at. It doesn’t exactly cater to the height impaired but it is a little bit easier to find things. (hint hint, Y’all could use a true petite line.) sadly, the store I always went to has closed. This is a little bit further, but worth it because every sales person I’ve come across at this location and the former, have been amazing. Both Angelica and Hannah helped me so much while I was there. They were knowledgeable about their product and more. It’s not often enough that we find great customer service anymore and these two were just amazing. Both were genuine and you could tell they love helping others.”
