“I went here and the building is a large building on a residential street which surprised me. I met the proprietor and he was a very kind person. He took my machine to check it out and he then easily diagnosed the problem and I didn't even have to leave it. He seems like a very honest person that is very knowledgeable about all kinds of sewing machines. It seem that he wants to fix machines but at a fair price for him and the customer. I will 100% go back and plan to recommend him to all of my friends. If you go here I can only imagine that you would be very happy you did as I was today.”

“In a time of online shopping, it feels so great to go to an actual store. The only thing is they don't have much tech to actually test out. Back in the day, one could go to Best Buy & test things out before you buy them, but the shelves are bare now a days because of online shopping. I'm all for online shopping (kind of have an addiction) I just wish they still had the displays so you can go in & play around with stuff before you pull the trigger & buy it online. Like Dolby Atmos, different soundbars, etc. At least they still have tv's on display so you can see the different pictures”

“The paint department here is what makes this 4/5 instead of 2/5. They know their stuff. As for the rest of the store, they’re a victim of geography. Steelyard Commons is such a high theft area that what you’re looking for will either be locked in a cage or out of stock despite what the website says. Also it’s annoying that they can’t have a tool/equipment rental at this location because of environmental concerns… Completely ridiculous since it’s literally built on the ashes of a blast furnace! I visit this Home Depot out of necessity, but will usually go to another location…”
