“Dwayne saved the day!!! Our brand new 2025 camper, unbeknownst to us, has a very odd 30 amp power cord. We accidentally damaged it before our trip to visit the hot air balloon festival! NOBODY had ever seen or had a power cord like this…. Dwayne saved the day by taking our slightly damaged cord and putting a new end on it!!! Thanks Dwayne! Give Callie a good rub from me!!!”

“Where to start! Every aspect of our purchase of the '26 Sierra SLE Truck with a Crew Cab was professional and detailed. Our sales person, Allan Witte, was sincere and extremely forthcoming with answers and options to all of our questions and helped us through other issues with didn't even think about to make a wise and very important decision. A big plus was the knowledge provided by the Finance Manager Michael Gruen in navigating the paper work, very thorough. Thank you gentlemen, you both made our purchase enjoyable. We'll be back!!!”

“Brought my motorcycle radiator to them and he was extremely honest and helpful. He explained that he most likely couldnt fix it he would still do a pressure test, but assured me that purchasing a Chinese knockoff instead of paying $900 for the OEM part would be an acceptable alternative. Have to respect mechanics and repair shops that will still do this...I will always bring any business I have to these guys and will recommend to anyone if they want honesty”

“I took my car in on Friday and they had it done by 3.I felt the price reasonable .I always worry I will be taken advantage of since I know nothing about cars, but they fixed the problem it was minor even tho I thought by the diagnostic it would be major. They have a new customer for sure.”

“I purchased a Stage 1 5R110 for my F250 back in July. Price was very reasonable and Sam got it completed in a timely manner. He was very thorough in explaining his process and how he addresses things that most shops overlook. I got burned by a local shop on a rebuild about 2 years ago and Sam pointed out what was wrong and incorrect. I have about 4k miles on his transmission now and it has been fantastic. Shifts great and runs much cooler than factory. Buy a Sam Wyse transmission and don't look back, it's the real deal. He put a 3 year unlimited mile warranty on it, that speaks volumes”

“These guys are awesome. Got my oil changed and was out of there fast. Chris gave the car a good look over and let me know my rear brakes needed done as well. These guys are good mechanics and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here.”

“Called for a quick oil change on the way back from Chicago, they got me in super fast and for a very reasonable price! The owner Harold chatted with me and gave me great advice on what to do with my vehicle going forward, while the technician from Germany (Thomas, I think his name was?) was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If I lived in town I would make these guys my regular mechanics!”

“Unsolicited review! I had a little mishap a few weeks ago and had to get my truck repaired. It wasn't too bad but you know how these things go. Lots of little stuff needed fixed because of the way they build vehicles these days. Anyways Auto Images in Archbold, Ohio had my truck 3½ days and did this spectacular repair. Two thumbs way up! I highly recommend them for your body repair needs. I even was worried that they wouldn't see a couple plastic clips missing on the tail gate cover, but they did, and replaced them! Great job Auto Images!”

“These guys at the store are awesome. I called today with a mechanical problem on my KTM that I caused myself and I was supposed to be leaving the next morning at 5 AM on a four day trip. Not only did they say bring it in we’ll get it done. When I walked in there they were friendly, informative, and did an outstanding job getting the bike fixed and out the door in under two hours. I can’t say enough about how well they treated somebody from out of state who needed a bike fixed quickly. My next purchase will come from the store.”

“This place was a lifesaver. I was on my way from Ft. Wayne to Cedar Point, and my car broke down. I stopped in Napoleon, OH and found this place on google. I came in, and they said they were backed up a week and didn’t have any time to fix my car, but they’d take a quick look. They ended up replacing both my battery and alternator, and I was back on the road within a few hours. Thanks so much!!!Service: Auto maintenance”

“I recently found myself 3 hours from home with a quickly failing wheel bearing. I pulled into this shop praying that they could help me. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fit me in to their schedule and complete the repair. My car gave them a particularly challenging time with the repair but they were persistent and even stayed after hours to complete the repair. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect the entire time. I am extremely impressed by their service and can't recommend them enough!”

“This is the 4th purchase (ours & family members) with Terry Hendricks Ford. Great people to work with! Collin listened to what we were looking for & gave us options to pick from. The rest of the team were friendly, straight forward & helpful in the purchasing process. We will definitely return in the future!”

“Professional, fast, and charged drastically less than I was told to expect (by a third party). I showed up with no warning, and they fit me in immediately and got me on my way within minutes. They were kind and straightforward. The entire shop is set up so professionally, I felt at ease and welcome, even though I know nothing about cars. There were snacks and magazines (including children's magazines) in the waiting room, as well as some really cool art on the wall. Furthermore, the ladies' restroom was more than spotlessly clean, it was outright lovely! I'm from the east coast - I so wish this shop was in my hometown. I'd give them my business for life! Editing to add: I was about 15 hours away from home, and traveling alone, and am clueless about cars. I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness of the owner of this shop. I was so touched. I only hope I can pay his kindness forward.”

“Traveling across the Ohio Turnpike, my semi lost its power steering. Calling around, Archbold Truck Service was the shop that could get to me first. Showed up at 7am and was fixed with a brand new hose by 9am. Friendly folks and a friendly pup on site! Definitely in my list of places to utilize if I have a problem in that area again.”

“JH Alignment used this place before for Alignments and tires . This time I had a bad wheel bearing hub that was bad . He changed that and aligned the wheels again at a cost of about $380 which I thought was a fair price (part was about $150). Had it back the same day. All in all not a bad deal considering parts and time into it. I would and have done business with him again. Hope this helps.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”
