“I picked up a Buick Enclave from the Executive Aisle for a 10-day rental. The vehicle itself was great with no issues, except that after driving about 100 miles, an oil-change notification appeared. I ended up spending half a day on Sunday looking for a place that could take care of it and finally found a Mr. Tire shop that could perform the service right away.
Just wanted to mention this, as I believe vehicles should be checked for mileage and required maintenance before being placed in the rental lineup.”

“Booked the car thur AAA.
Staff were extremely nice. The quote was $174.00 for 3 days. When i got there I was informed I would have to make a deposit of $250.00. Then they ran a credit check on me when i was there to get the car. (Thank goodness it was good).
The car was FANTASTIC! It had a big screen to follow GPS, full tank of gas, very clean.
Pros: wow, great staff. I was there right when they opened. He checked the car before we even went in. He was so polite. The car was amazing. I wished it was mine.
Cons: the $250.00 deposit. It was refunded. Just let us know ahead of time. (I did let AAA know they should tell people about it). I didn't need the car for 3 days but they were closed on the weekend.
I would highly recommend them. Fantastic car, great staff. Definitely will use again”

“I recently got into a car accident and I’ve been renting from this location. I have to say that I’m astonished by the excellent customer service that I’m receiving from Shawn who is a supervisor there and also Zach was one of the Employees. I have to say these men have just been tremendous when it comes to Helping me figuring out what car I should use or take an advantage of their best deals. This is a Difficult time for me and i am paying out of pocket for a rental car as a single mom. I appreciate them so much and I really recommend this location 1000%..”

“I can't say enough about this location in Columbus, Ohio at John Glenn International airport!!! Easy process and very friendly staff!
I had left a few items in the vehicle upon return. I called just a few minutes later and received a call back within 20 mins. that they had my items!!!!!
I was very relieved and thankful for the quick response. I was able to drive back and retrieve the items.

“Pick up was frustrating. The agent that brought us the car could not answer our questions about all the features; lights, wipers, fuel requirements, what to do about the maintenance required notice on the cars computer screen. You know, the things you are not familiar with in a car you've never driven before. I spent 30 minutes in that pickup garage reading through the car manual before we could get going ! Other than the rude woman at pickup, everything else was fine.”
