My collision company corrected this for me.

“Booked the car thur AAA.
Staff were extremely nice. The quote was $174.00 for 3 days. When i got there I was informed I would have to make a deposit of $250.00. Then they ran a credit check on me when i was there to get the car. (Thank goodness it was good).
The car was FANTASTIC! It had a big screen to follow GPS, full tank of gas, very clean.
Pros: wow, great staff. I was there right when they opened. He checked the car before we even went in. He was so polite. The car was amazing. I wished it was mine.
Cons: the $250.00 deposit. It was refunded. Just let us know ahead of time. (I did let AAA know they should tell people about it). I didn't need the car for 3 days but they were closed on the weekend.
I would highly recommend them. Fantastic car, great staff. Definitely will use again”

Despite having to stay open for what appeared to be only me, Darnell had a positive attitude and got me on my way in no time. Darnell’s attitude to take care of everyone, even someone arriving after closing, is much appreciated and has earned my loyalty whenever in Columbus.”
