“I would like to share the positive experience I had shopping here. I recently had surgery and am getting back into adult ballet classes. I have tried taking classes in typical activewear, but I find it impacts my performance. It feels like my movement/turnout is more restricted in traditional activewear, and I can’t see my lines to make corrections. That solidified to me that wearing a leotard is the most functional option. That being said, I was extremely nervous about walking into a dance wear store and trying to find leotards big enough for me.
The staff were extremely helpful with finding my sizes and offering to look up a product if they did not have my size in the store. It truly felt like a nonjudgmental experience which I really didn’t expect. I look forward to going back. This is the only place I will go for my dance wear needs for the foreseeable future. The teenager working there was extremely professional and kind, as well as the other lady who helped me. Thank you so much!”

“I stopped by yesterday (19SEP25) and a wonderful employee by the name of Alley helped me choose sale items carefully. Alley also took the time to explain how to properly wash and dry to upkeep quality of clothing pieces purchased. Alley is an example of what WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE should be like! “This location is always pleasant. Greeted upon entering and offered help. Today I found a shoe in store that I loved but wanted to get the bogo deal. I had a pair in mind that was online only. The cashier informed me they could order the shoe for me and have it delivered so could get the bogo deal. Outstanding customer service. The lady manager of this location is also always so helpful. Definitely recommended this location.”

“Sales associates seem genuinely interested and are good at making a sale to meet customer needs. The store manager however is dismissive and rude. It's too bad, really. He's the reason we choose to shop elsewhere.”
“The store is ALWAYS clean and bright. Every associate I've encountered are friendly and professional. My receipts doesn't tell me the associates name who helped me on the two different days I was there but they were very nice and very helpfully.
Also, I believe this is the largest store in the Columbus area.”

“Wonderful place to shop for running supplies. Super helpful and allow a 30 day return policy on shoes if they don't work well for you.
They help you test out the perfect pair for you while you're there. Very friendly. They clothing apparel is top notch.
If you need help these folks are the ones to provide true shopping assistance and at a very great price compared to online retailers selling the same products.
