“I stopped by yesterday (19SEP25) and a wonderful employee by the name of Alley helped me choose sale items carefully. Alley also took the time to explain how to properly wash and dry to upkeep quality of clothing pieces purchased. Alley is an example of what WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE should be like! I am new to Ohio and she has been hands down the BEST salesperson EVER! Thank you, Alley for the experience of shopping. Maurices, you did a good job hiring her : ) Very Respectfully, Mrs.Lautner”

“This location is always pleasant. Greeted upon entering and offered help. Today I found a shoe in store that I loved but wanted to get the bogo deal. I had a pair in mind that was online only. The cashier informed me they could order the shoe for me and have it delivered so could get the bogo deal. Outstanding customer service. The lady manager of this location is also always so helpful. Definitely recommended this location.”

“The store is ALWAYS clean and bright. Every associate I've encountered are friendly and professional. My receipts doesn't tell me the associates name who helped me on the two different days I was there but they were very nice and very helpfully. Also, I believe this is the largest store in the Columbus area.”

“The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! To the extremely kind and generous customer that was in the store, I can't thank him enough. He bought my grandson some shoes that I couldn't buy. Generous act of kindness from that gentleman is so very appreciated! Many blessings to him and to City Gear staff.”
