“Great time shopping for Christmas presents. Always great selection and quality for the price. Even though it was quite busy, 8 cashiers were available which made check out time quick. One of my favorite stores that has something for just about everyone on my list.”

“They are always so helpful here and prices are decent. They now have online pickup which is convenient. The only downside is there are no places to put carts other than inside the store. I'm the type of person who feels awfully guilty if I leave a cart anywhere but where it belongs so I don't do it unless it's absolutely necessary. But it would make it more convenient for families with kids and when the weather is bad. But other than that, it's a good farm store.”

“Thank you Ariel!! Honestly had a really good experience. I went to 4 different stores looking for an outfit for my son with no luck. When I stopped in there was only one outfit I found that would work, but it was missing 1 of 3 pieces and it didn’t have a tag. Ariel help me out and she was extremely professional and got me a price on everything extremely fast with the help of a manager. Definitely recommend this Marshall’s because of her speedy and polite help.”

“Associate Avriel at the front entrance of the store greeted me with a big ? smile and directed me to where I needed to go which made my shopping experience quick and easy to get back to the self-checkout and out the store. Avriel also made sure I had no problems at the self-checkout. She reminded me to put in my phone number to see if I had any Kohl's rewards and I did which made me even happier that what I purchased was discounted at a better price! Great job Avriel! ????”

“I am a 73-year-old great grandmother and I have went through two total knee replacements, shoulder surgery and sometimes it's hard to walk around and every time I go to meijer's there is a cart there that I can use and I am blessed by them because some stores I go to not to name any. They have a lot of carts but they're always dead. Thank you, Myers”

“We were greeted and assisted by a very helpful staff. The furniture was what we wanted, but was not in stock. We pre-paid for the furniture, as soon as it comes in on their next supply. I enjoyed the staff tremendously but the store's tool option were extremely limited. I mean this is the worst selection of tools in any Big Lots I have ever been in, from Cleveland, Ohio, to South Carolina. Even the tools that were supposed to be there weren't in stock. Empty racks and hangers. Again, excellent staff.”

“This is one of the few Hollisters that I actually enjoyed going too! You know what this store has that many others don't, it's got a clean clearance section! I bought a few shirts there too that I'm currently wearing while in the process of making this review. I do want to point out the one gentleman that works there during the evenings, I forgot his name is great with customer service and definitely enjoyed his warm attitude which brightens up the whole store. Too bad I won't be in the area any time soon. It's definitely a decent place.”

She was so helpful and kind - unusual behavior in today's world.While waiting for AAA, I actually shopped the store. Displays were inviting and artfully done. And the bathroom was clean too. “A solid hardware store, everything thing you need to paint, repair, or build. The home and garden is not the best and service can be slow to refill propane. But if your looking for hard to find items this is much better then the other traditional box stores.”

“Review for CVS inside this Target:The main pharmacist is so nice. I I used to get my meds filled over on bethel and sawmill CVS for over 15 plus years. I happened upon this CVS because the bethel road didn't have the med I needed for anxiety. My anxiety and PTSD makes it difficult to interact with people. But this pharmacist makes me feel welcome and seems to care and understand anxiety and such issues. She doesn't make me feel less then or judged. I would totally recommend this CVS. Sky D”

“Ingrid (I believe the manager) at the Starbucks inside the Target at Hilliard Rome was AMAZINNNGG. She was so sweet to talk with, went quickly making drinks for us all ANNND gave me samples of the frozen lemonade drinks they are offering currently. I mentioned I was curious but not sure. She made my drink, proceeded with other customers, and put up 2 samples for me and another mom during the course of making several drink orders. I haven't had anyone at a Starbucks go into the drink details and give samples IN YEARS...So Appreciated it, Thank you Ingrid! I will definitely be back for more.”

“Personally, I love this Macys location. It's smaller than Polaris and Easton so there are less options BUT they have a backstage section and because it is smaller you don't have to deal with the craziness of the other locations. They still have a reasonable selection of items and offer curbside pickup. The store associates there are always pleasant and professional. I've never had to deal with anyone with a crappy attitude or bad customer service.”

“My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.”

“I have been a Sam's Club member for a while now and I've been to multiple ones in the Columbus area. There's plenty of parking at this location! All Sam's Club pretty much look the same, but this location is slightly bigger than some and more organized. Sometimes when you walk in a Sam's Club it feels almost like a zoo and everything and everyone is everywhere. They have everything you need and it's very clean. I haven't had long interactions with employees, but I've never seen them be rude. Because of covid right now, lines are social distanced. They do a great job of organizing lines and cashiers so that the line still moves quickly. I'll be back to this one!”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”

“Store is all right. Seem to have a lot of elitist customers though. Every time I go, I see one of the "valued members of society" shrieking at the cashiers or door people or some other store associate for doing their jobs. People these are the ones that are choosing to work while you shriek "No one wants to work any more" it's because of people like that. Keep them in line or all those cashiers are going to be replaced with self service lines. I've already seen it in another stores and you guys seem to looove those right?”
