“Associate Avriel at the front entrance of the store greeted me with a big ? smile and directed me to where I needed to go which made my shopping experience quick and easy to get back to the self-checkout and out the store. Avriel also made sure I had no problems at the self-checkout. She reminded me to put in my phone number to see if I had any Kohl's rewards and I did which made me even happier that what I purchased was discounted at a better price! Great job Avriel! ????”

“We were greeted and assisted by a very helpful staff. The furniture was what we wanted, but was not in stock. We pre-paid for the furniture, as soon as it comes in on their next supply. I enjoyed the staff tremendously but the store's tool option were extremely limited. I mean this is the worst selection of tools in any Big Lots I have ever been in, from Cleveland, Ohio, to South Carolina. Even the tools that were supposed to be there weren't in stock. Empty racks and hangers. Again, excellent staff.”

“Manager Cortney is great! I locked my keys, phone, purse in my car and she came to the rescue! She let me use the store phone, got me AAA's number and gave me contact info for the call. She was so helpful and kind - unusual behavior in today's world.While waiting for AAA, I actually shopped the store. Displays were inviting and artfully done. And the bathroom was clean too. “Review for CVS inside this Target:The main pharmacist is so nice. I I used to get my meds filled over on bethel and sawmill CVS for over 15 plus years. I happened upon this CVS because the bethel road didn't have the med I needed for anxiety. My anxiety and PTSD makes it difficult to interact with people. But this pharmacist makes me feel welcome and seems to care and understand anxiety and such issues. She doesn't make me feel less then or judged. I would totally recommend this CVS. Sky D”

“Ingrid (I believe the manager) at the Starbucks inside the Target at Hilliard Rome was AMAZINNNGG. She was so sweet to talk with, went quickly making drinks for us all ANNND gave me samples of the frozen lemonade drinks they are offering currently. I mentioned I was curious but not sure. She made my drink, proceeded with other customers, and put up 2 samples for me and another mom during the course of making several drink orders. I haven't had anyone at a Starbucks go into the drink details and give samples IN YEARS...So Appreciated it, Thank you Ingrid! I will definitely be back for more.”

“This has been my favorite Target in the area for years. Friendly staff and it’s cleaner and calmer than a lot of the stores nearby. Feels like I can safely get in and find what I needed most of the time, but the best part is definitely how helpful and positive the employees are.”

“Missy was the only one working in the Cafe and my order was still done in a timely manner and correct. The line was long but she got through it fast and was stil talking to everyone in line. She was very friendly even though she was really busy! She deserves a raise!”

“I have been a Sam's Club member for a while now and I've been to multiple ones in the Columbus area. There's plenty of parking at this location! All Sam's Club pretty much look the same, but this location is slightly bigger than some and more organized. Sometimes when you walk in a Sam's Club it feels almost like a zoo and everything and everyone is everywhere. They have everything you need and it's very clean. I haven't had long interactions with employees, but I've never seen them be rude. Because of covid right now, lines are social distanced. They do a great job of organizing lines and cashiers so that the line still moves quickly. I'll be back to this one!”

“Love love love, Burlington coat factory. If you've never been, give it a shot, it's like a cheaper version of TJ Maxx. You can find women's children's and men's clothes, shoes and undergarments. They have a fine selection of coats and pajamas also. They also have a great selection of home decor and kitchen items. All in all this is a great store for anything. I highly recommend it. Burlington is the best to do some last minute Christmas shopping for anybody in your life. You can also find quick items like chargers, gift bags, and beauty items. When we were here they also had some amazing deals on fragrances. They have name brand fragrances at discount prices. They also have a pretty great selection of bags/ purses.”
