“Clean and great selection. I'm used to TJMaxx having some aisles where 2 carts don't fit, but there was more than one aisle where only my cart was touching clothes on both sides. It felt cluttered because of this, but hey, more awesome deals, right? Being able to walk right into Home Goods from TJ was awesome, too.”

They don’t seem to run out of any new items/stock quickly, so it’s great for when we are anticipating a new Funko pop!Staff here are great too. “Lots of nice stuff. I was looking for plus size women's clothes. They had a nice selection. It's still nice to actually see and feel and, if need be, try something on before buying. There was practically no one at the store a couple days before Christmas. I fear it is only a matter of time before there will be no more brick and mortar stores.”

“Was surprised they actually had some larger sizes in stock. Made for better shopping for my child. One of the staff was helpful in figuring out a sizing issue. The one employee working the dressing rooms gave my child a nice compliment. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed in stock. The staff working the register could not get my Old Navy card to work through their swiper, so checkout took longer than necessary (and they missed one of the security tags, they apologized, but it was not a big deal).”

“Personally, I love this Macys location. It's smaller than Polaris and Easton so there are less options BUT they have a backstage section and because it is smaller you don't have to deal with the craziness of the other locations. They still have a reasonable selection of items and offer curbside pickup. The store associates there are always pleasant and professional. I've never had to deal with anyone with a crappy attitude or bad customer service.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”

Love her energy and spark in her eye to make her customers feel a lot like a one-of-a-kind. I also found a new store to spoil my 4 daughters at.”
“My daughter had a dress that the zipper broke, and she was embarrassed. She had to be cut out of a dress. The lady handled this with all the comfort in the world. The dresses were reasonably price with a selection for anyone's taste. Definitely will be back next year for her last homecoming!”
