“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Bill and Beth and the rest of the staff at fine line will definitely make sure that you guys are taken care of I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do, they will for sure get my business again.”

He walked me through the process for repair, stayed on top of the insurance company, and even vacuumed my car, so that it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! They were efficient and even came in under their initial estimate. Truly an awesome neighborhood shop! Thank you!”
“My wife and I are mid seventies. She has her quilting room downstairs and is an accomplished quilter. We got 3 estimates from the top stairlift companies that u might seen on tv. Felix from Mobility Works, come to our home. We were quite impressed with his knowledge. He is professional and friendly salesman and technician both at the same time. We ordered the heavy duty stairlift. In about 10 days the lift came in. Alex installed the lift and we had him install a hand railing in the shower and front steps in one day.We have the stairlift for about 2 weeks now and it is perfect. I highly recommend Mobility Works for all your disability needs.”
“Stopped there with my son who was getting looking at some different setups for driving again. This is a family owned business and they care and are extremely knowledgeable. This was our fifth dealer that we visited and by far they are the best. Ended getting an oil change in our van the following day and then rented a van from them while our van was at the body shop. Clean well maintained van.
We have dealt with the big chain dealerships and they are just doing their jobs. Columbus mobility specialists aren’t just doing a job, they’re providing a service and educating you, making sure that you’re getting what you need. My son attends OSU and these are the people that the therapy department at OSU uses as a resource for patients to look at equipment.
Don’t waste time going to the big dealer, go to your local family run business.

Ended up getting our new van here. Their knowledge and expertise of what you need and how to get it done are exceptional. You can tell them what you want and Scott and the staff know how to do it the right way. They found us the van that we wanted and further customized it based on our needs.”

“This is the best location I’ve rented a car from. Jack makes me feel like I’m at home. Alyssa acts like a sister that I’ve known for years. The manager sorry I can’t remember his name. He has great customer service. All three deserve a raise. You are the best Karl Road team. I live downtown. I don’t go to that location. They’ve been rude to me too too many times so I don’t mind driving to Karl Road. They strive to put a smile on your face every time. Keep up the great work we appreciate it”

“The Enterprise associate was on time to pick me up from the body shop and took me to the Enterprise location to pick up my rental car. Filling out the rental forms was easy, as they walked me through the process.

“I was initially hesitant to rent a truck here after reading some of the reviews, but we ended up having a great experience. We rented a 16-foot truck, and it was fully fueled when I picked it up. The woman who helped me was very kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before handing over the keys. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the truck was. The only minor issue was that the cabin light wasn’t working, but overall it didn’t take away from an otherwise smooth and positive experience.”

My car was heavily damaged by a kamikaze deer back in early December, then enter the chaos of getting it fixed with the Holidays, snowmageddon, lost parts, redo the body work because it wasn't looking great etc .. “I recently rented an F-150 from them for 17 days while my truck was in the shop. The truck was fine as I would expect from most of the rental companies. What stood out was the professionalism and caring from Frank and the others at this office. My rental was through my insurance company and everything went smooth and quickly. Frank called me several times while I had the truck to see if everything was OK. This level of personal touch is rare these days. A truck is a truck, but Frank's service was what stood out.”

“I’ve been renting with Avis Budget for the past 5 years & 11 month's now, I’m currently a Uber Driver I’m not really too sure why everyone is throwing shade at them! Don’t listen to the critics! Ask a loyal customer like me who knows what a great customer service is like. great maintenance & a great culture to be apart of! The Office is clean & so as the Vehicle‘s the staff members there are so easy to do business with! & friendly! It’s fast & reliable & honestly the rates are one of the best rates in the city! I’ve been to other places & it’s horrible But guess what not with Avis Budget!! They are the ones to go to when you need to rent! “I had a fabulous experience here with Angela last week. I got stuck with a 14 passenger van from airport (only car available) and I have a disabled mother whom I came to visit. Angela switched out the van for a usable vehicle that my mother could get into. She was professional, kind, efficient and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Angela truly saved me as all the rental agencies were overbooked. I really appreciated her kindness and understanding. I wish that the car rental experience could always be like this! “Good location, never noticed it and I've driven passes it for years. Local rentals only, Dublin, Columbus & Dayton. For other locations (states) have to do it online, or at Columbus international airport. Learned something new today. Staff is very helpful 👍👍”
“Everyone at the location I purchased at was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. This place was easy to contact, and every time I spoke to a direct employee. They also handled my situation with complete understanding. Also the smoothness of the purchase with getting to use a regular debit card and when dropping off the keys within five days getting my refund for the hold. Every employee (especially the young lady) was so kind and personable! We are renting from this location again.”
