“I have rented from this company several times, I can usually get the truck I want same day and the rates are great. Also, when moving last year we rented a storage facility. This is family owned and operated, they give great service and are always very nice when working with them.”
“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Bill and Beth and the rest of the staff at fine line will definitely make sure that you guys are taken care of I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do, they will for sure get my business again.”
“I used an Enterprise rental for almost 4 weeks while my car was being repaired. The first vehicle I received had been heavily deodorized and the smell was so strong that it was difficult to be inside the car. Kassidy emailed a couple days after I had the car to check on how I felt about the vehicle and I explained how bad the smell was. She told me if I could come into their store she would find something else for me which I appreciated so much! Kassidy and her co-worker who I did not catch the name for worked together to give me a different car that was closer to the size of my usual SUV and did not smell! It made this rental experience so much better and I appreciate their flexibility, making sure I left happy and providing me with a better car to drive for many weeks. Thank you so much you two for your help and making this happen!!!!”
“Stopped there with my son who was getting looking at some different setups for driving again. This is a family owned business and they care and are extremely knowledgeable. This was our fifth dealer that we visited and by far they are the best. Ended getting an oil change in our van the following day and then rented a van from them while our van was at the body shop. Clean well maintained van.
We have dealt with the big chain dealerships and they are just doing their jobs. Columbus mobility specialists aren’t just doing a job, they’re providing a service and educating you, making sure that you’re getting what you need. My son attends OSU and these are the people that the therapy department at OSU uses as a resource for patients to look at equipment.
Don’t waste time going to the big dealer, go to your local family run business.

Ended up getting our new van here. Their knowledge and expertise of what you need and how to get it done are exceptional. You can tell them what you want and Scott and the staff know how to do it the right way. They found us the van that we wanted and further customized it based on our needs.”
“This is the best location I’ve rented a car from. Jack makes me feel like I’m at home. Alyssa acts like a sister that I’ve known for years. The manager sorry I can’t remember his name. He has great customer service. All three deserve a raise. You are the best Karl Road team. I live downtown. I don’t go to that location. They’ve been rude to me too too many times so I don’t mind driving to Karl Road. They strive to put a smile on your face every time. Keep up the great work we appreciate it”

“Reserved a 12 seater van months in advance. Was called a couple times to confirm which I loved. Arrived to pick van up and was giving a 2024. Was busy but they got to everyone in timely manner. Van had so much space and drove smooth. Dropping off van was just as easy. I think the best part was how great the customer service was. You don't have that a lot anymore. So thank you guys”

“Best experience I have ever had at an enterprise. Location was clean and well maintained. Evan went above and beyond and made the experience seamless. My car was recently hit from behind, and it has been a mess with insurance and repairs. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, and wanted to make this as painless as possible. Will definitely be getting future rentals from this location if necessary.”
“Had picked up a rental and ended up getting a flat. The roadside service was extremely quick, they set up an uber to pick me up, and set me up at the nearest Enterprise with a new car. Hannah at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and took great care of me. Thank you so much!”
“Very good overall experience with Enterprise. Rented a Toyota Corolla with low mileage but with a leaking tire. After fixing it with a partner, Enterprise offered a compensation for the trouble.

“I needed a rental car while I had my suv repaired. Enterprise Rental in Gahanns was able to work with my insurance and find me a somewhat equivalent rental to my suv. They picked me up at Caliber Collision Repair shop after dropping my car off. They were able to do all paperwork with me very quickly and give me a copy and I was on my way. When my suv was ready to be picked up, I simply just had to leave it at repair shop. Enterprise picked it up and then sent to my insurance with a digital copy to me. Such a smooth process!!”
“I have used CMS transportation three times just this week to take my mother (wheelchair bound) to her doctors appointments. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service. From Mikey, to Douglas to Abood (sp?), these gentlemen have been very professional, prompt and courteous. I will definitely be calling them again as the need arises. I highly recommend.”

“I thought I would leave a positive review. I rent from budget all the time. This is not my go to location but for some reason the prices were cheaper at this budget. I was hesitated to pick up a car from the negative reviews but everything went great. The front office employee actually noticed it was close to my birthday and wished me happy birthday. I believe my car type was out so I was upgraded easily. The lady that runs the front comes off serous but I think she is efficient and just trying to do her job. I would definitely rent from this location again.”

“We reserved a minivan in advance to have room for a pack n play, pack n play mattress, and a double stroller. When we went to pick it up they said the best they could do was a 5 person jeep.
We were incredibly disappointed because we didn’t have room in the smaller 5 person car for everything we needed to bring on our road trip. However, the manager helped us get refunded for the different vehicle.”

“Everyone at the location I purchased at was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. This place was easy to contact, and every time I spoke to a direct employee. They also handled my situation with complete understanding. Also the smoothness of the purchase with getting to use a regular debit card and when dropping off the keys within five days getting my refund for the hold. Every employee (especially the young lady) was so kind and personable! We are renting from this location again.”
“Some background... I originally booked my rental through the Hertz rental center in Johnstown, OH. The manager at that location had an altercation with one the customers ahead of us that resulted in him giving our rental away and leaving us without a car for our vacation. He told me I could go to the airport in Columbus, OH to see if they have any available for me to pick up. The other employee there suggested that they give us a car that was not running (we overheard this information). I left this location without a car, because the solutions they were providing were not feasible for the timeline of my travel.
My partner and I then went online and saw there was another Hertz rental location in Gahanna, OH which was 15 minutes away and they closed in 30 minutes. On a whim I called them and explained my situation and asked if they had anything that matched what I originally booked. They told me they did and that they would stay over and wait for my arrival to make my situation right. When I arrived at the Gahanna, OH location, they had the car all ready for me and they were very apologetic and embarrassed about what had happened to me at the previous location. After nearly 3 hours in various Hertz locations, I finally had the rental I booked. The pick-up and drop-off process at the Gahanna, OH location was a breeze and to them I am extremely grateful. The car they provided was clean, and ran perfectly throughout my entire trip. They were clear and concise about the charges I would have since I was renting a car under the age of 25. Upon returning my vehicle, there was an additional unexpected charge on my account. They explained what the charge was for, but since it wasn't disclosed to me previously, they were kind enough the reverse it.
Overall, I had a good experience with the location in Gahanna, OH and I am very grateful for all their help. The pick-up and drop-off process there is extremely easy, and their customer service was incredible!”

The current manager, Brandon and his team members have always been Extremely Professional and Courteous to me every time I rented there. “I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My company always uses Budget, and I followed suit this week. We picked up a nice little Prius from this location and returned it at the Columbus Airport location. The pickup and return process was smooth as butter, and the gentleman who helped us when picking up was courteous and bent over backwards to record existing damages and help us so we wouldn't be put in a bad spot when returning to a different location. To that gentleman: Thank you for being awesome.”
