“Employees are very knowledgeable and obviously have years of experience DIYing around the home. We have had some projects we weren't exactly sure how to execute. Went into Home Depot and the employees there pointed us in the right direction. They will open packages of screws to see if the fit is right for the piece we brought in. If you don't have the item, they will encourage you to buy several sizes and just return what doesn't work, even if the package is open. It's great, because you aren't risking buying the wrong ones and getting stuck with them.”
