“This location is always pleasant. Greeted upon entering and offered help. Today I found a shoe in store that I loved but wanted to get the bogo deal. I had a pair in mind that was online only. The cashier informed me they could order the shoe for me and have it delivered so could get the bogo deal. Outstanding customer service. The lady manager of this location is also always so helpful. Definitely recommended this location.”
“When purchasing a firearm, great and fast service. Trying to get a magazine or holster for your gun that fits and is correct, good luck. Nothing seems to be labeled correctly.”
“Great local gym. Everyone is welcoming and down to earth. It has everything you need to get a good workout in. It looks small but never feels crowded. Everybody’s focused and it helps keep you motivated.
I’ve been working with Cwinn for the last 4 months, he’s been an awesome trainer. He’s created unique workout plans for my goals and helps keep me motivated to reach them.
I’ve noticed strength gains but also overall mobility and cardio gains. Being able to run around with my kids without getting winded has made every minute spent here worth it.
Highly recommend checking out the gym if you’re in the area and looking.”
“My grandkids and I had a great experience at D-BAT Columbus East. Sanjay at the front desk was the nicest employee we interacted with. He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was kind, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. My grandkids loved their visit, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. I would highly recommend D-BAT Columbus East to anyone looking for a great baseball and softball training facility!”
“This is a great location and the staff is knowledgeable and super friendly! Cashier was kind and informative about our selection. It’s kids friendly and I felt cared for here we will return for more!”
“Randy is amazing at what he does. You can tell he cares about each clients needs and isn't willing to simply up sell you into something you may not need. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and he knew exactly the right shoe to eleviate my pain. He took his time finding the exact fit and color combination to meet my needs. Highly recommend them for shoe comfort guidance at a fair price.”
“Mojo is THE best! We order from them all the time and it's always an awesome experience. Jeff is fabulous and the quality of items along with the customer service cannot be talked about enough. Highly recommend”
“Customer service is excelente, as soon as I walked in someone was already welcoming and asking me if I need any help. I feel she was the supervisor, she had an excellent selling attitude, plus fast to know what I was looking.”
“Have recently lost 2 pant sizes slowly of weight and throughly enjoyed doing major damage today! I found great classic travel pants, jacket top and new comfortable bras. Very satisfied w purchases and service. Love the fabrics!”
“Quite pricey but its owned by Lids so I figured it would be. The ladies working yesterday Oct 31st were so sweet and helpful. Very good selection of Buckeye gear.”
“Very nice attire selection, they have really nice in style handbags Name Brands such as, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Michael Kors etc....different styles a wide variety of colors You Rock!”
“I was checked out by a lovely young lady and her associate they both work very kind and welcoming and now I have my shoes for this weekend and next week for the lil Wayne concert”
“This has been our go to location for years. All of the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Obviously Lulu's products are excellent quality, but the store being run the way it is makes each experience that much better.”
“Great apparel line, shoes, customer service has been great ime.
Side note, I've up voted some of the 1 star reviews, especially the one regarding the manager Layne, but the ones whining about getting ignored and not doing anything about it...why not just ask for help instead of sitting around waiting and frustrating yourself?”
“I placed an online order for pickup and was at Easton before it was ready. I stopped in to see if they could fill it earlier. They seemed to have trouble finding my order and I was getting nervous. I saw a man helping me loading boxes and I got kinda nervous he forgot about me. It turns out he was looking for my jacket in the boxes! His name is Dustin and he was fantastic. Another shout out to the other man at the register around 3pm who went to check on my stuff a few times as well I didn’t catch his name. All employees that worked 12/6/25 around 3pm were attentive and helpful. Really appreciated them being so accommodating.”

“Eddie Bauer is a retail chain that has hundreds of locations across the country and sells merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, home linens, and outdoor gear. This location in Groveport, Ohio is their fulfillment and customer service center. This location offers more styles in more sizes than do other locations. Weeks ago, I ordered one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer and one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices were $50 and $55, which I thought was a little high but was willing to pay. Employees at this location mailed me the hoodies in separate packages. A few days later, the packages were delivered to my house. The hoodies are in the correct sizes and are a high quality. Several days ago, I placed another order from Eddie Bauer, this time for sunglasses for $41 and socks for $12. Two days later, the package was delivered to my house. The sunglasses look stylish and fit my face well. The socks are made from a thick fabric and feel comfortable.”
“The employees were very nice and helpful. Store was neat and I could clearly find what I wanted and what section I was looking for. I wasnt able to find what I wanted, so they helped me order it online!”
“I could drive to any other shoe store in town. I always come here because they have the shoes I like at a price I like. AND lots of similar shoes I would like to try”

“Sales associates seem genuinely interested and are good at making a sale to meet customer needs. The store manager however is dismissive and rude. It's too bad, really. He's the reason we choose to shop elsewhere.”
“Rick, in the bike section, was beyond helpful!
He was very knowledgeable and kind. He checked on different bikes, which I am well suited. He’s a valuable employee!!!”
“Great experience with staff. They went above and beyond to track down a shoe for me and were super accommodating. Overall experience was great, they were all super helpful and made shopping there easy”
“The selection here of clothes and shoes is very exceptional. I love the style of clothes they sell here. However, what really made my experience was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful when I walked into the store to when I walked out. I would much rather go here and shop rather than dealing with the employees at the nearby skater shop a few stores down. I had a great experience here. This store is placed next to the food court in the mall.”
