I told him that I didn’t need all the bells and whistles because I’m not the most tech passionate persons and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I’d recommend seeing Damien to anyone with Verizon questions!”

I can't remember their names but I received excellent customer service from the Manager and one of the employees.She helped me with returning my internet Box.
