“Recently had made a purchase with Lowe's and the item shipped by Estes. Once I realized it was only a 'to the door delivery', I contacted Jennifer and told her my situation; mainly that I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building. She contacted Liz who handles Final Mile Delivery for Estes and a plan was developed. With the coordination of the Stow Lowe's, my shipment was brought right inside my apartment.
