“A well curated vintage & secondhand store. They keep their eye on the vintage trends. For example, right now, Y2K is relevant in the fashion scene, so they will cater to that trend for now. They have various selections outside of trends as well. There's a lot of stuff under the vintage umbrella: They have a bridal section, antique beaded dresses, tropical shirts, toys from the 80's, etc. The staff is delightful. I park on the street across from the store. Last time that I was there I got a bunch of beaded necklaces & shiny broaches. I love them”

“Went in for jeans. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted at the door! I felt welcomed and the girl asked what brought me in, I told her I was looking for jeans, my possible size and asked what she had...she showed me immediately what she had and was amazing about what deals going on, and she opened a fitting room for me! She had like 4 other customers that she was helping I thought she was by herself working but, she still took a little time with me while helping others. She was so nice and caring to my needs. I tried on jeans and she totally complemented me!!! It was a genuine compliment not just a plain compliment for a sale. It was a great experience, I got my boyfriend an outfit. I also bought an outfit and a couple shirts. I plan to come back on payday and spend a few hundred dollars on clothes in your store!!! I want to say thank you so much to Lindsay that made shopping amazing!!!!!! I hope you are working the day I come shopping again. I will drive an hour to your store for your great service! “Amazing customer service!!! I saw a pair of sandals that I loved but they didn't have them in stock in store.The associate checking out my other purchase informed me that I could direct message the store on Instagram to keep up to date on products, or they could order in store for me. Well, I ended up following them on Instagram, and asked if they were getting in the sandals I wanted...2 days later they messaged me and let me know the shoes came in and they'd be happy to hold them for me! Whenever I shop in store the associates are very friendly and helpful. The store has a very neat, well organized, and gorgeous lay out. Thank you for all you do at this location! So much appreciated!!!”

“The Salon at JCPenney's is huge. I would have loved to see the activity at the hairstylists' stations thirty, forty years ago. Today, we were walk-ins. We did have to wait for a stylist to finish a client and take a break. We could have waited on chairs behind the wall in the salon. We found nice chairs in mens' shoes next door. Once my sister got in the chair the man cut a nice short style. He was very personable. The manager was kind. We purchased hair products that were on sale, tipped the stylish, paid and left happy.”
